Cost for supplying, installation and commissioning of vertical turbine water lubricated single or multi stage pump set of Kirloskar/Jyoti/ M&P/WPIL make capable for discharge 16.5 m3/hr against a total head of 88 mtr with suitable size of coloum assembly (MS), flange type 10’ long each heavy duty with line shafts, 60’(feet) spider bearings, cuttless rubber bushes, sleeves and discharge head etc as required coupled with suitable size of hollow/solid shaft, squirrel cage energy efficient IE3 induction motor as per IS 12615 : 2011 with latest Amendments operated on 415 volt 3 phase, 50 c/s, 1400-1500/2900 rpm with non reversible rather coupling (make Kirlosker/Jyoti/CGL/ABB or reputed) with suitable size of ISI marked heavy duty CIDF sluice valve, CIDF NR valve, pump strainer M/S clamp- 02 pair etc all complete and testing on load.

Cost of lifting of old pump set from well after opening on mounting bolts with all labour, tools and tackles.

Cost for fitting of sluice valve, NR valve with supply fitting of rubber insertion- 03 Kg nut bolt & washer ¾’ dia x 4’ long – 16 nos., 4” dia m/s pipe, 5’ long – 01 no., cutting and welding of pipe to common header with gas cutter & welding set and making leak proof joint testing on load including all labour tools and tackles.

Cost for supplying and laying of 25 mm2x 3 core PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor for power wiring from panel to motor for -02 sets.

Cost for making arrangement for socketing of wire with thumble and making all line connection (A) 95 mm2 alluminium thumble – 04 nos. --------

Cost for making arrangement for socketing of wire with thumble and making all line connection (B) 10 mm2 copper thumble – 36 nos. ---------------

Cost for supplying and erecting of earthing station as per IE rule including the cost of earth pit, 8 SWG copper wire, G.I. pipe all complete with sand, charcoal and salt etc to all electrical equipment in double way wire connection.

Supplying and fitting 200 A change over switch, L&T/Havell’s make/C&S make or ISI reputed make.
