Supply, installattion, testing & commissioning of outdoor type step down 1600 KVA transformer complete with standard fittings, HT 33/11KV ON load tap changing system , HT 3 Phase, 1600 KVA capacity, Boltless core design, Class A insulation copper wound oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil natural -air natural with external cooling tubes delta connected on primary side (HV) and at ON load tap changing system on HT side to vary secondary voltage (HV) in accordance with vector group DYN- 11 with neutral brought out on secondary side (HV side) and having changing tap arrangements up to +5 % to -15% @ 1.25 % (OLTC) on HV side to be changed by means of ON load tap changer gear .the maximum temperature rise should not exceed 50/55 deg .C in HV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp 40 degree Celsius transformer shall be confirming to IS:2026 as amended up to date and shall comprises of following :- .

Three Nos porcelain bushing suitable for 33 KV on HV side, complete with copper rods, nuts and washers.

Four Nos porcelain bushing suitable for 11 KV on LV side, complete with copper rods, nuts and washers with cable end box.

Note: Rate include following (i) cost of installation in existing plinth, connection with existing incomming and out going cable connections , control cable to circuit breakers , setting of relays as per New transformer rating and earthing connections to existing earth test points. Cost of setting of all protective relays in existing substation as per New transformer rating is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

(ii) Contractor shall submit the Manufacture Test certificate, PV (Factory Test sheets) before commencement of work and ensure the installation is as per OEM specifications and submit the Test results after instllation complete all specified and directed by Engineer in Charge and scope of work include factory Inspection by the rep of GE as nominated by him and Testing of SEI, from HQ Central command and cost thereof shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iii) Any other items which are not mentioned above but are essential for smooth functioning of transformer shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rates. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning energy efficient transformer suitable for 100 kVA step down, outdoor, plateform mounted double wound copper, 3 phase ,50 cycles (50 Hz) AC, oil immersed, natural air cooled with external cooling tubes having no load voltage ratio 11000/433 volts ( corresponding to principal tapping) winding delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV side) in accordance with vector symbol Dyn-11 (vector group - 11) with neutral brought out on LV side for earthing and having tapping on HV side for constant out put so as to alter/ vary secondary voltage by + 5 % to + 10 % in steps of 2.5 % to be changed by means of manually operated "off load" taps changing gear. The limit of temperature rise after continous full load run as specified in IS-2026 shall be suitably adjusted to suit the maximum ambient temperature of 55 Degree Centigrade in HV/LV windings and 40 Degree centigrade in oil as prevalling at site. The transformer shall be complete with the following fittings and accessories:-

Oil conservator tank with filling holes and cap, filter type drain valve and oil level gauge

Silicagel breather with connecting pipe, first fill of dehydrating agent and oil level scale/ gauge.

Shut off valve between the conservator and main tank.

Provn of 02 danger Notice plate 350x200x1.6mm vitreous enamelled white with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with and including MS Clamps bolts and nuts.

M & L for transformer platform for the size 3x3x1.5 after consisting of the following sequence.or as OEM instructions-(a) excn in trenches in any type of soil.(b) Removing of surplus materials.(c) Returning filling.(d) 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 as in mass concrete in foundation extending 150mm on both sides of wall.(e) 350mm thick of brick masnory built in CM 1:6, 450mm below GL and 945 mm above GL duly plastered in CM 1:4 on Exposed faces & Flush in same mortar as the work proceeds on faces in contact with soil(f) Rendering with finished surface neat cement slurry.(g) floor of 50mm hardcore over approved earth filling complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep, getting out watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified.

M & L for loose filling with aggregate of size 40 mm graded of 20 cm thickness around at 4 pole/ 2 pole HT structure complete all as specified and as directed

M& L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan , exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc. 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc. 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 metre and making good surfaces in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6, Type C-2 of grade using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete, etc. for embedding fencing posts, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc.including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only for Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Mild steel gate with framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work, portions framed and hung gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts etc as conforming to Fe.290, Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of synthatic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge earth plate not less than 1.5m below GL using galvanised iron strip 32×6mm as earthing lead to earth plate electrode by means of nuts, bolts and washers made of galvanized iron or steel earth wire protected by 15 mm bore light grade GI pipe and connected for body earthing of feeder pillar box all as specified with & including PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pit and precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1, cover slab of size 300x300x50mm, with handle GI funnel, wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, charcoal and salt in alternate layer including necessary earth work on any type of soil and removal etc, complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I and as directed.
