Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal to excavated material (Soil) to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rolling and consolidation of formation surfaces in cutting with power roller exc 8 tonne & not exc 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 150mm thick (Spread thickness ) soling with broken boulders or quarried stone spread and leveled interstice filled, surface formed and rolled with 8 to 12 tone power roller required gradient or camber complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 150mm thick (in two layers 75mm+75mm) consolidated thickness WBM with course stone aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) of granite trap or basalt spread, watered and rolled with 8 to 12 tone power roller for required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick ( Compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate of grading 2 ( 63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 ( 50 to 20 mm size) of granite, trap, or basalt, spread, and rolled, consolidated to required gradient and camber with machnical roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Srl item No 3 here-in-before but except aggregate complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge.

M&L for Preparing unsurfaced water bond macadem surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 10Kg/X Sqm complete all as apecified and as directed by Eng-in-charge.

Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path etc including cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth and but making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premix as specified for thin bituminous carpet (2 cm thick) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (6.8 kg of binder with 0.06 cu m of sand), again well rammed (including supply of premix binder and sand) depth of potholes n exc 30 mm filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n exc 400 sqm ( depth exceeding 50 mm but n. exc 100 mm) including stacking usable materials for re-use and removing rubbish to a distance n. exc 50 m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Bituminous premixed asphaltic dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 6% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 , laid with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with roller of exc 8 Ton to n exc. 12 Ton to required camber and gradient with power roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- As a result of job mix formula, if quantity of binder content works out to be more than 6% than no extra payment shall be made to the contractor and in case its quantity works out to be less than 6% than minimum binder content of 6% given he in above shall be provided.

M & L for premixed bituminious macadam with 4% of binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 laid with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled & compacted to required gradient and cabmer ( consolidated thickness upto maximum 75 mm) to make good the cut edges of roads etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

S&F dual directional cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions
