Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables etc. including exacavation for sockets, dressing of sides where required, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1500 mm (slope-1 in 200)including getting out the excavated soil and backfilling of soil as required after laying of pipeline, in layers not exceeding 200 mm in depth including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil with all required leads as per Chapter - 2 of CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. B. For G.I. / C.I. / D.I. pipes in new work a. In all kinds of soil ii) For pipes exceeding 90 mm dia but not exceeding 300 mm dia

Providing and laying S & S Centrifugally Cast ( Spun ) Ductile Iron Class K-7 Pipes conforming to IS : 8329 as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer - in - charge. ii. 100 mm dia Ductile Iron Class K-7 pipes

Providing and laying D.I. specials of class K - 12 suitable for push - on jointing as per IS : 9523 as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer - in - charge. Upto 300 mm dia.

Charges for push-on ( Tyton ) joints to centrifugually ( Spun ) cast iron pipes or ductile iron pipes including testing of joints and including the cost of rubber gasket as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer - in - charge. 100 mm dia

Providing and fixing C.I. sluice valves ( with cap ) complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. ( the tail pieces if required will be paid separately ) as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer - in -charge. 100 mm dia. PN - 1.6

Providing and fixing brass fullway valve (ISI Mark) with wheel of approved quality as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. a) 40 mm dia

Charges for cutting D.I. pipe with Mechanical cutter as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer - in - Charge ii) 100 mm

Providing structural steel work in single section fixed with or without connecting plate including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as required.

Dismantling G.I. pipes (external work) including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of pipes within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : Above 40 mm nominal bore

Welding by gas or electric plant including transportion of plant at site etc. complete as per standard design.

Providing and fixing MS bolts including nuts and washers complete as per standard design: Upto 300mm length

Providing and fixing carbon steel galvanised (minimum coating 5 micron) dash fastener of 10 mm dia double threaded 6.8 grade (yield strength 480 N/mm2), counter sunk head, comprising of 10 m dia polyamide PA 6 grade sleeve, including drilling of hole in frame , concrete/ masonry, etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 10 x 80 mm

Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting & threading the pipe etc. complete as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer - in - charge. 25 mm to 40 mm dia. nominal bore
