Taking down existing Air conditioners/water coolers of any type by carefully removing electrical connections and cables from the exsisting locations and deposited to AGE E/M store complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and install 2 Ton invertor type Cassette Air Conditioner units indoor/ outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with copper condenser with minimum 2 star rating complete all as specified and as directed. Make:Carrier(40GKX024GF)\Daikin(FCVF71BRV16)\Hitachi(RAG322HYEA)

Supply and install 1.5 Ton invertor type split Air Conditioner units indoor/ outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with copper condenser with minimum 5 star rating complete all as specified and as directed. Make:Carrier(Superia5i)\Daikin(FTKG50)\Hitachi(RSA518CBEA)

NOTE FOR SL ITEM NOS. 1.01 TO 1.04 :- The tenderer shall visit the site before quoting his offer and make conversant with the required modificaion in false ceiling and wall opening for installing Casette AC/Split AC. Unit rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to include the required modification and nothing extra shall be admissible to this account.

Supply, installating, testing and commissioning Water cooler fully stainless steel, electric driven single phase having approx storage and nominal cooling capacity of 40/80 Ltrs respectively including necessary platform and inlet pipe connection complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 1 KVA with digital display. Make:V-Guard(VWI100)/Servomate/Microtek.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 4 KVA with digital display. Make:V-Guard(VWI400)\Servomate\Microtek.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA with digital display. M&L Copper piping of size 5/8" and 1/4" with proper insulation suitable to 1.5/2 TR airconditioner as extra length to lead conduits complete as specified and directed. Note: One running metre of both 5/8" and 1/4" pipe including insulation shall be measured and paid as one unit length.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets

S & F GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI of 20 & 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre, intermediate chanel 0.90mm thick having two equal soffit at approximate 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expension fasteners with and including ceiling section (n. exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled wef of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to intermediate channel with connectiing clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre size of grid 605 x 605 mm for false ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Hangers 6 mm dia GI (upto 1200 mm length) adusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3 mm size 60 mm long and expension hold fastners 12.5 mm dia 40 mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing and fixing gypsum board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufactures instruction,of design specified complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Indian Gypsum/Armstrong/Saint Gobain

Preparing new surfaces of ceiling and applying 3mm thick wall care putty on ceilling, and applying two coats of distempering with oil emulsion. (Acrylic emulsion)
