| 1.01 | Sub Head-RMO of Substation Machinery (DG sets, Transformer, LT panel, HT panel & all accessories of equipment's etc.), Maintenance complaints, additional works etc. as required:
a)- Routine operation and maintenance of all Electrical substation equipment's, control panels, EDB's / SDB's, Feeder pillars, DG sets and maintenance of all electrical installations as required on all working days i/c Sunday and holiday in different shifts as per duty chart (Manpower to be deployed as given below) and terms and conditions attached.
b)- Details of Sub Station : 1) 66/ 11 KV Grid -01 Nos . 2) 11/.433 KV ESS-01, ESS-02, ESS-03, ESS-04, ESS-05, ESS-06, ESS-07. 3) 11/.433 KV PSS-01,PSS-02 and PSS-03.
c)- Tentative details of Sub Station items are attached.
d)- Deployment of Manpower as per duty chart in three shift round the clock is attached.
e) The wages of manpower is taken w.e.f. 01.04.2026. The manpower will be increase or decrease as per site conditions and accordingly successful contractor will submit the bill for payment.
f) Staff required at site is as : Sub-Station Attendant (skilled) 29 nos., Helper (semi-skilled) 07 nos., Safety Officer (Highly skilled) 01 no. and Electrical Supervisor (Highly skilled) 01 No. g) The bidder should pay the minimum wages to the manpower as per GoI Rules.
h) The service charges taken for 3 years on manpower including cost of tools & tackles etc. should be given by the bidder. | - | - | - | - |

b) Yearly preventive maintenance of distribution transformers as per scope defined in tender (16 nos.),
c) Yearly preventive maintenance of 11kV panels as per scope defined in tender (32 nos),
d) early preventive maintenance of 415V panels along with associated switchgear (ACB/MCCB) as per scope defined in tender (115 nos.),
e) Yearly preventive maintenance of Package substation as per scope mentioned in tender (03 nos.),
f) Yearly preventive maintenance of DG sets as per OEM standards (22 nos.) The work shall be carried out by OEM / OEM authorized agency. | - | - | - | - |
