Dismantling and removing existing OH lines ACSR conductors of any size / type from poles / structures etc., removing and taken as credit

Dismantling and removing cross arms of MS channels or angle sections, clamps etc., complete and taken as credit.

Dismantling and removing insulators , any type , any size and taken as credit.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out Soft/diseintegrated soil.

Returning ,fillling in trenches,spreading ,levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick.

Removing excavated material/ surplus soil and depositing where directed at a distence not exceeding 50mtr.at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr from strting point.

Supply lay/spread in trenches, river sand ,clean ,including spreading ,levelling ,punning for laying /cushioning of cables all as specified and as directed.

Supply lay in trenches fly ash bricks, old size sub class “B” for cable protection.

S & F sheet metal boards of 90 x 60 x 35cm sizes for housing comprising of high conductivity compact air insulated bus bar trunking system with aluminium bus bars of capacity 200Amp, Breaking capacity of 35 KA and IP 54 protection -04 Nos mounting on epoxy insulator, Fabricated within 2mm thick sheet steel with front hinged type door and locking arrangement and fixed with four Nos legs angle iron of size 25 x 25 x 3 mm thick, 100m long embedded in PCC 1:2:3 type B1 ground complet, including applying two coats of red oxide primer and fixed including connecting cables suitable size lugs testing including taking down of exissting sheet metal enclosure.The panel board should be of size to consist the following :- Make of MCCB:- Havells/English Electric/Crompton Greves /MG France/ABB. INCOMING MCCB(a) MCCB 100 Amps 3 Pole, 50 Hz, 415 V with ruptruing capacity 10 KA with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting – 03 No All as specified and as directed. Supply, lay in trenches, floors ,fix on wall/pole, passing through pipes etc.,LT UG cable , 1100 volts grade, PVC/ XLPE insulated , with multistranded aluminium conductors, armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape , of following nominal cross sections, confirming to IS specifications :-

Supply and laying double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE duct pipe of 110 mm outer dia conforming to IS 14930 Pt II of approved colour complete with fittings for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make Dura line /finolex/Tele Rex

All as above Item No 12 but 95 mm outer dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for cutting exisitng bitumenous road surfaces not more than 150 mm thick, removing for laying of pipes/cables, making good with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 20 mm graded aggregate to match with the adjustant surface. Note Excavation and earth work below 150 mm thick will be measured and paid under relevent items.

M & L for LT Panel boards double feeder ,indoor/outdoor type connecting electrical connections from site after the entire panel to accommadate the under mentioned items as suitable for 415 volt, 3 PH, 4 wire, 50 HZ, AC supply system having bus bars chamber with anodised copper bus bars duly insulated by insulation of RYB colour 400 Amps rating mounted on porcelain insulators and mounting upon angle iron stand made out of angle size 40 X 40 X 6 mm grouted in PCC 1:3:6, and luging the existing cable after cutting and gland to incoming and outgoing cables and spreader & seperator for MCCBs including re-routing of LT cables within 10 M of distances etc all as directed at site. Made All connection and fixing Incoming and out gooing MCCB at Pannel board and connect incoming and outgoing XLPE cable connection.all as directed by Engineer in charge.
