Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete.

Roughning of old unservicable PCC floor surface by picking, chipping and wire brush sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust outside to make it suitable for laying floor tile complete.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete surface including hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete

M&L for machine cut ,mirror polished kota stone slab flooring 20 - 25mm thick set over and including high performence adhesive manufactured by somani ezifix tile adhesive or equivalent mixed in cement as per manufacturer instruction and jointed with polymer modified cementetious grout manufactured by somani ezy grout or equivalnet of pigment matching to tile color including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:6 complete

M&L for machine cut ,mirror polished kota stone slab 20 - 25mm thick in skirting, riser etc set over and including high performence adhisive manufactured by somani ezifix tile adhisive or equivalent mixed in cement as per manufacturer instruction and jointed with polymer modified cementetious grout manufactured by somani ezy grout or equivalnet of pigment matching to tile color including rendering for screed bed on vertical surface of wall or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 to receive wall tiles complete.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 2 Sqm each and refixing in the same opening including necessary easing work complete.

M&L for 100mm butt hinges of stainless steel grade 202, 14 gauge thickness, medium weight of approved make fixed with pressed steel door frame/PVC door frame with screw and necessary welding work complete.

M&L for factory made 35mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, comercial type 1.0mm thick (veneered on both side) with decorative choice laminated type 1 (factory laminated), or surface finish, 6mm thick or external teak wood lipping fixed with nails, color and pattern as approved complete.

M&L for Vitrified tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) dark shed polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:6 complete

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring complete.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete.

S&F of Powder coated aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. Complete

S&F of Powder coated aluminium window/ventilator shutters, side hung/sliding type aluminium sections including necessary joining cleats, sash bars, glazing clips rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws and grill etc as per manufactures instruction & trade practice complete.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats cement base paint over a coat of primer on external wall complete.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall above skirting and applying two coats oil bound distemper over a coat of primer and 3mm wall care putty to match existing surface internal walls complete.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment & preparing new plastered surfaces of wall above skirting and applying two coats oil bound distemper over a coat of primer and 3mm wall care putty to match existing surface internal walls complete.

M&L for 50mm dia (16 gauge wall thickness) stainless steel tube railing exterior grade 304, 0.60m high from top of bk wall and 0.15m embeded in bk wall at every 2.40m interval using PCC type B1 (1:2:4) complete. Note : (PCC to fix railing shall be measured and paid separately)
