| 1 | Construction of Shell type 600 KL capacity RCC overhead tank on 26M staging from apron level to top of bottom ring beam, 1M wide inspection gallery at suitable height MS parapet railing and 1M height MS railing at top of dome RCC stair case in seprate two column stair case in internal shaft upto top dome as per architectural drawing including construction of sluice valve chambers of size 1.20mx1.20mx1.50M, cement concrete work in 1:2:4 in fixing of Duck foot bends and other specials as required and also i/c flooring etc. complete upto proper completion of the work.i/c geotechnical investigation, safe bearing capacity of soil (including 1 No plate load test and required bore holes test) from Government Engineering Collage. Structural design and drawing vetted from IIT Delhi/IIT Roorkee and supply of all labour, material, T&P testing etc. complete in all respect. Also i/c water level indicator(Electronic), lightening conductor and red light indicator etc. and all other works as per special conditions. On Turn key basis.
Providing and laying double flanged (screwed/welded) centrifugally (spun) cast iron, class B (I.S: 1536) : Pipe including rubber packing and nuts bolts etc. complete
(1) 350mm dia C.I. double flanged pipe for inlet and overflow = 71M
(2) 450mm dia C.I. double flanged pipe for outlet = 29M
(3) 100mm dia C.I. double flanged pipe for washout = 29M
Providing and laying flanged C.I. Standard specials such as tees, bends, collars, tapers, caps etc. suitable for flanged jointing as per I.S: 1538 on proper foundation including supply of all material labour, T&P rubber packing, nuts bolts etc complete. as required at site.
Supply and fixing C.I.D/F sluice valve as per IS: 780 class PNS 1.0 ISI mark with nuts, bolts, rubber packing etc. complete.
(1) 450mm = 1No
(2) 350mm = 1No
(3) 100mm = 1No
Const. of 1.20x1.20mx1.50m sluice valve chamber in 150 class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar, plastered with 1:3 cement and coarse sand both side, including RCC cover of required thickness (reinforcement as per direction of E/I). = 3Nos.
Safe bearing capacity of soil at depth 3M below ground level assumed 8.00 Mt/Sqm average. The rate shall be including of soil testing & structural design of RCC Tank with testing of one test pile and one working pile as per direction of Engineer-in-charge in case of raft-cum-pile foundation and construction of stair case as per norms and direction by Engineer-in-charge. The Contractor have to fill the land with earth of 5.00M surrounding of the OHT earth filling may be 1.50M to 2.00M.
