Dismantling old plaster and pointing in cement or lime and raking out joints to 15 mm. depth, watering and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/l.(5.10.7)

Providing 12 mm Thk. cement plaster(1:6) on inside walls with clean course sand of FM-1.5 including screening, curing with all leads & lifts of water, scaffolding taxes & royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I 5.7.3

Providing 6mm cement plaster(1:4) in ceiling with clean course sand of FM-1.5 including screening, curing with all leads & lifts of water, scaffolding taxes & royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I 5.7.6

Reinforced cement oncrete work in beams, suspended floors,Roofs having slope up to 15 degree landings, balconoes, shelves,chajjas, lintel, bands ,plain window sills , staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level ,excluding cost of centering , shuttering , finishing and reinforcement: 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 coarse sand (zone -III): 3 Graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ). 5.3.11

Providing T.M.T. Reinforcement of following dia Rods as per approved design and drawing including carriage of M.S. Rods of (Straight or in coils) to work site, cutting, bending and binding with annealed wire with cost of wire removal of rust placing the rods in position all complete as per building specification and direction and direction of E/I. 5.5.4

Providing and fixing factory made UPVC white colour sliding glazed window upto 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Single / double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealent shall be paid separately). Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable.Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof SS wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) made of (small series) frame 92 x 44 mm & sash 32 x 60 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area of window upto 1.75 sqm). DSR 9.14D.

Providing and laying 25mm Thick kotah stone slab flooring of approved size , texture and colour laid over 19mm. Thick base of lime mortar (1:1:1) ( lime putty : surkhi : coarse sand ) and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubing and polishing to granolithic finish with approved quality of carborundum stone including cost of curing , taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. Size 600x600 5.6.19

Providing and laying 6 mm precast precast SEMI GLAZED CERAMIC TILES in walls over 12mm mortar (1:3) and jointed with grey cement slurry flush pointed with white cement including rubbing, polishing and cost of curing taxes, and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I with commercial grade white 15cmX15cm tiles. 5.6.23.4

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames confirming to IS : 4351 manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.60mm thickness including hinges jamb, lock jamb bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50 X 25mm, or base ties of 1.60 mm pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means including M.S pressed bult hinges 2.5mm thick with mortar guards, lock strikeplate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretreatment of the surface as directed direction of E/I. 1.2-Fixing with carbon steel galvanised dash fastener of required dia and size (to be paid for separately) DSR 10.14.12
