Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

Chief officer TMC KONNUR is the TENDER INVITING AUTHORITY and Tender Accepting Authority (TAA).

All the tenders shall be prepared and submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in the Tender Notification

All the tenders should be uploaded within the prescribed time limits on the respective dates and will not be accepted after the fixed time and date

The Agency shall be deemed to have been carefully examined the terms and conditions before applying for tender

Chief officer TMC KONNUR reserves the right to accept/ reject any application or cancel the tender process without assigning any reason what so ever

tenders not submitted in the prescribed form will be rejected. Tenders, which propose any alterations in the service specified or containing any other conditions of any sort, will be rejected

Tenderer should quote keeping in mind statutory obligations i.e. tender bids of zero (0) service charge or less than 5.00 % service charge will be summarily rejected

If two or more bidders are quoted same price or service charges (%) amount in the financial bid, then bid will be evaluated based on the highest past 3 year (2021-22,2022-23, 2023-24) Average Annual Turnover and other statutory scopes

The Technical Evaluation Committee will assess the ability of the agencies to render the requisite services based on its past record, profile and on such other criteria and only those found fit will be eligible

The bidder will follow complete integrity and any false information will lead to cancellation of tender and confiscation of EMD / SD and also prosecution
