Schedule'A' Part-I: B&R works

Dismantling of AC sheet corrugated / CGI corrugated sheets in roofing any gauge and any thickness including ridge, valley/gutter etc.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding,(but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

Dismantling wall / ceiling board (fibre pulp insulation) or insulation boards any thickness including cover fillets

Dismantling timber boarding of any description fixed in any position.

Demolition and breaking up 100 mm dia internal dia bore drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar.

All as per item No. 17 above but as in dado/skirting, riser etc to be cutting required size.

Taking down cement plaster on brick concrete surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with, water etc.

M & L for 5 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on fair face of concrete surfaces as in ceiling etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cm (1:3) on concrete surfaces with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement, (Water compound measured & paid separately) finished even and fair.

Supply only integral water proofing compound

M&L for 4mm thick asbestos cement plain building boards, fixed to MS framework with screws including preparation of new surfaces and applying three coats of white wash in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F joist, channel, angle or tee section fixed independently without connecting plates etc (cut to ordinary lengths i.e within 20 mm of the length indicated conforming to Fe-410 Gde E-250

M&L for 2 coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces n.exc 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surfaces.

S&F in repair 20mm Gun - metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed .

Supply and fix 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls only integral water proofing compound

Supply and fix 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls only integral water proofing compound

S&F 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc,all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exc. 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating hard soft/ soil in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm,all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes in brick walls in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required complete all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6) 40 mm graded aggregate in foundation ,filling and mass concrete as specified and directed.

M&L dark shed vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete, as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or Frame with shutter (without taking of shutter with frame) exc. 1.5 sqm and but not exc.4.00 Sqm and refixing in same opening.

M&L 2nd class hardwood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fixed

M&L 2nd class hardwood 35mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass,etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats.

M&L for French polishing on surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on new works with two or more coats, as specified and directed.

Schedule'A' Part-II: E&M works

Taking down carefully to existing copper/Aluminum point wiring (light,socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, sockets, boxes, light fitting etc and removing from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified.

Point wiring with PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded FRLSH copper conductor single core 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) cable using approved colour code as per IS drawing in and incl PVC casing and capping (ISI Mark) with all accessories including providing sunk cast pressed steel terminal boxes off size made out of 1.5mm thick MS sheet duly painted with black bitumen paint over a coat of red oxide primer and providing 3 mm thick plastic laminated bakelite sheet(HYLUM BRAND) top cover alongwith copper earth wire PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded(FRLSH) copper conductor cable of size 1.5sqmm as continous earth wire connected to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified. Make of wire : Finolex/Havells/Polycab.
