SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I [B/R Works]: M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces duly mixed with and including water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as directed

M & L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post construction anti-termite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion CHLOROPYRIFOS 20 EC at 1% concentration at 2.25 litres per linear running metre including drilling and plugging holes with cement mortar (1:2) to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for providing and injecting emulsion for post construction anti-termite treatment under existing floors using emulsion CHLOROPHYRIFOS 20 EC at 1% concentration at the rate of one litre per each hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar (1:2) to match the existing floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post construction anti-termite treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion CHLOROPYRIFOS 20 EC at 1% concentration at the rate of 0.5 litre per each hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 Degree at 150mm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Providing light weight AAC block bats concrete 1:3:6 mix [1 part of cement : 3 parts of coarse sand : 6 parts of AAC block bats of size 40-60mm] mixed with and including approved water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions as in filling in sunken floors, well rammed and compacted as required including demolition of existing concrete complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge:- Notes: [a] The AAC Block bats shall confirm to relevant IS and all necessary tests shall be caried out before incorporating the same in the work. [b] Care shall be taken prior to filling, that all pipes passing through sunken portion are pressure tested by maintaining pressure for 24 hours and junctions of pipes passing through walls, slabs are well grouted and sealed. Necessary testing shall be carried out by ponding water for required depth and maintaining continusously for 72 hours and any leakage found shall be immediately rectified without any extra cost. [c] Rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to include for the cost of working at all levels, leads and heights.

M & L for filling Polymer modified non shrinking slurry with CEBEX 100 of Fosroc or equivalent chemical for sunken floors for toilets by drilling holes to a depth of 60mm and 20mm dia at 1m interval and applying 2mm thick brush bond over the concrete surfaces by mixing acrylic emulsion NITO BOND of Fosroc or equivalent with brush bond powder and water and testing the same for 48 hours with complete filling within the sunken floor as per manufacturers technical specifications complete all as directed.

M & L for 40mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cutting holes into or through cement concrete slabs, chajjas, etc. reinforced or otherwise not exc 100 Sqcm superficial are of work complete all as specified and directed

S & F Unplasticized PVC pipes 50mm bore of pressure rating 10 kgf/Sqcm complete all as directed

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces duly mixed with and including water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 KG of cement per Sq.m area, rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound of approved make as per manufacturers instructions for levelling the surface smooth and applying a coat of Blown Bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sq.m, laying Polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.00 Kg per Sq.m reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric of weight not less than 150 Grams per Sq.m, by torch application with side over lap of 100mm & end over lap of 150mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces by thermo fusion and finishing the surface with aluminium paint @ 0.1 Lit/Sqm complete including taking down existing Roof Treatment of any description complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 KG of cement per Sq.m area, rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound of approved make as per manufacturers instructions for levelling the surface smooth and applying a coat of Blown Bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sq.m, laying Polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.00 Kg per Sq.m reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric of weight not less than 150 Grams per Sq.m, by torch application with side over lap of 100mm & end over lap of 150mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces by thermo fusion including taking down existing Roof Treatment of any description complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, Type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding / roof kerbs laid to slopes as directed finished the surfcaes even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing roof cooling ceramic tiles of size 300 x 300 mm, 7 to 8 mm thick, conforming to IS 15622, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed flush with epoxy mortar to match the shade of the tile including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. [Note: The colour/ shade/ design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.]

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone masonry walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls by using vaccume based sanding machine, removal of nails and applying two coats of Acrylic Washable Distemper by using auto roller/ airless sprayer over one coat of alkali resistant primer on wall surfaces over two or more coats of Cement based Wall Care Putty on walls by using multipurpose mixture for proper mixing of putty including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. [Note:- The contractor shall carryout Distempering & allied works under subject work through the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from manufacturer to provide technical support and trained persons for carrying out Distempering & allied works through their authorised applicators before commencement of the work to GE for approval.]

M & L for Complete removal of existing treatment of any description from old surfaces surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine, removal of nails and applying two coats of Acrylic Washable Distemper by using auto roller/ airless sprayer over one coat of alkali resistant primer on wall surfaces over two or more coats of Cement based Wall Care Putty on walls by using multipurpose mixture for proper mixing of putty including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. [Note:- The contractor shall carryout Distempering & allied works under subject work through the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only. M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted brick / stone / concrete surfaces of any description, not otherwise described not exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls/ceiling and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm complete all as directed

Demolition of Unreinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for double charged, vitrified coloured ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.42 Sqm but not exceeding 1.0 Sqm, as in floors set and jointed neat with epoxy grout and masking tape shall be put before putting the epoxy grout, (3mm joint filling shall be done using 3mm thick PVC spacers) grout shall be througly cleaned immediatlely and pointed in white or coloured to match the shade of the tile and laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, 15 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone masonry walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as directed.

M & L for 25mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, Type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Decorative type Stainless Steel Curtain Rod of 20 mm dia including PVC rings @ 100 mm centre to centre with suitable SS brackets to match with curtain rod complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes: [a] The colour/ shade/ design of tiles shall be as approved by GE. [b] The tile joint shall be kept as 3mm using tile spacers and masking tape shall be provided before applying of the epoxy grout and the surplus grout materials shall be thoroughly cleaned immediately.

M & L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles of size 600x300x7-8mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados and risers of steps, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with shade of tiles laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 including dismantling existing tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing rust proof/anti corrosive treatment to bars :- (a) Clenaing of all exposed bars (new & old) around. (b) Apply a single coat of Alkaline rust converting primer on alround bars new & old as recommended by the manufacture. (c) Apply two coats of Epoxy phenolic anti corrosive protective coat on bars alround new & old as recommended by the manufacture. Note :- Anti corrosive treatment shall be continuous espcially in the regions where pitting imperfections etc were present on the surfces of the bars. it is important that the rear portions of re bars ( those towards the concrete substrate) should not be left without coating including use and removal of formwork as required

M & L for providing PMM (Polymer Modified cementitious Mortar 30mm thick as under:- (a) Dry sub strate surface and free of debris & dust (b) Appying Epoxy bond coat on the sound substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible ( in case pin holes are still visilbe after a coat a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). M & L for providing PMM (Polymer Modified cementitious Mortar 40mm thick as under:- (a) Dry sub strate surface and free of debris & dust (b) Appying Epoxy bond coat on the sound substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible ( in case pin holes are still visilbe after a coat a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). M & L for repair to cracks in structural members as under:- i) Opening of crack by making a 'V' notch/groove of size 12mm x 12mm over the entire length of the crack as identified by the Engr-in-charge. (ii) Cleaning 'v' notch/groove of all dust/debris/loose material (iii) Drilling hole of 16mm dia and about 40mm deep along the length of crack @ (300 mm c/c or thickness of structural member whichever is less) Note: In case length of crack is found less than 300 mm then min 2 holes shall be drilled. (iv) Inserting 12 mm dia flexible PVC one way injection nipple in the hole drilled above and fixing the nipple with the help of fast setting epoxy putty. (v) Seal the surface around the nipple and the area of crack between successive nipples polymer modified mortar to ensure that there is no leakage from any gap. (vi) Allow the polymer modified mortar to cure for 24 hours and ensure that firmly fixed in postion. (vii) Cleaning nipple one by one commencin from the top to bottom in case of column and one by one in alternate direction incase of beam/slab using blow compressed air followed by water injection. An Ensuring that there is no obstruction in free flow of grouting materials complete all as specified and directed. (viii) Injecting" resin with very low viscosity monomer by mixing resin and hardener in proportions recommended by manufacturer by using injection gun equipped with pressure gauge & valves for controlling of flow of compressed air & resin. Note: Pressure shall be in the range of 1-2 kg/sqm and shall be done in nipples one by one as per order recommended by manufacturer. Mixing of resin and hardenere shall be mixed in small quantities so as it is consumed with in 30 minutes. Before use mixer shall be stirred thoroughly. (ix) Allow entire effected surface to cure for 24 hours. (x) Cutting out projected parts of the nipple & seal the hole in the nipple with epoxy putty as recommended by manufacturer. (xi) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive for use and remeoval of formwork as required

M&L for Providing & Pouring Micro concreting M-40 grade :- (i) Dry concrete substrate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound concrete substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible. (In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above pour Micro concreting M40 grade, Make: MasterEmaco S46T of BASF or equivalent FOSROC/SIKA using approved mixing machines/pumping under pressure via approved pneumatic pump at the locations to be repaired in RCC beams & columns etc,. Adding of aggregates will be permitted only as per manufacturer's recommendation without compromising the strength. The rate shall include cost of all materials (except re-bar) labour charges for mixing, pouring concrete, cost of tools, lead & lift of materials, transportation etc., to carry out the complete work complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cost of micro concrete M-40 grade & Epoxy bond coat is included in this item including use and removal of formwork.
