M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggt in foundation, filling, mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for AAC blocks wall straight or curved on plan exc 6mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 by using old size bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia or above as in rainforcement cut to length bend to shape required and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed ) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bar 8 mm dia as in stirrups incl bending and binding with and incl mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Formwork, rough finished to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunch girders, bressummers,lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports,overhangs etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Form work to sides of pillars posts, struts, piers, columns & stanchions square rectangular or polygonal rough finished surfaces in shape complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing reinforced cement concrete Nominal mix type B1 1:2:4(20mm graded agreagate) in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing reinforced cement concrete Nominal mix type B1 1:2:4(20mm graded agreagate) in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing reinforced cement concrete nominal mix type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces incl chajja, facia etc, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement mixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint on new plastered surfaces of wall over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section conforming Fe410-W(Gde E-250) quality A with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not oth-erwise provided complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for black granite stone 20mm thick machine cut, bedding & jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing type over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 vertical surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for exterior coloured tiles of size 450X 300X 7 to 10mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match 15mm thick Backing coat CM 1:4 or adhesive as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layer s not exc 25 cm in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC(SWR) 110mm dia soil waste and rainwater drainage pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint laid in floor or fixed on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type B 1 using 20 mm graded agg as in copping incl. necessary form work & finishing exposed surface of concrete complete all as specified and shown in drawing

M&L providing 35 mm thick pre cast cement concrete louverd and jallies in 1:2:4 type Bo finished in CM , including all moulding and frame work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or cocrete surface of block masonary or concrete surfaces in 1:6 finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in seismic and other similar bands, coping, bed block or similar work including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforced if any used in subject item shall be measured and paid separately.
