M& L, for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground not less than 2.5 mtr below grond level, earth plate placed on all side with charcoal mixed with salt to a thickness of 150 mm connected by GI earth strip of size 25 x 4 mm thick soldered and revetted to earth plate. GI earth strip will be protected by using 40mm bore GI pipe (light grade ISI marked) from top edge of earth plate to main earth point to be connected and 20mm dia GI watering pipe medium grade ISI marked.with funnel with wire mesh etc. The earthing includes PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using stone agg pit, RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agg and angle iron frame of 25 x 25 x 5mm, complete all as specified and directed. and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part - I

M&L for tinkaning, welding, denting/painting to damage door and MS Iron framework, including hinges of door, nuts, bolts, washers, welding , bending cold and hot drillling hole for bolts , in any size as directed and inclusive of one primer coat of red oxide primer one under coat and one finishing coat of paint with existing colour and having letter writing (required instruction) in white/Red paint, complete and taking out to existing old U/S MCCBs, Bus bar from LT Panel carefully and replacement with new one aluminium lugs to incoming and outgoing LT cable, complete servicing testing and commissioning in all respect complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old U/S MCCB any type and S& F MCCB 4 pole ,415 volt, adjustable type 200 Amp breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old U/S MCCB any type and S& F MCCB 3 pole ,415 volt, adjustable type 100 Amp breaking capacity 16 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, streching and fixing in replacement of over head ACSR conductor any size ie. weasel,Ferret,and Dog and any type fixing on iron steel tubular pole including binding/jointing the conductor to indulator with and incl 14 SWG binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for galvanized steel wire 3.15 mm or4mm dia continous earth wire on pole or guard wire for protecting fallen overhead conductor incuding winding wire of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting / trimming of tree branches touching/ embracing HT/ LT OH line in order to maintain clearance of 1.5 Mtr on either side around the conductor complete all as spefified and directed. Note:- All necessary T&P has to be arranged by contractor.

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable PCC/Tubular pole and struts of any size including clamps insulators, cross arms etc of any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.00 mtr long) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Required earth work, PCC foundation and pole painting will be paid seperately under relevant items of Sch A

M&L for preparation of old treated surface of existing steel tubular poles 8/9 mtr long ( upto 1.20 mtr from coping/ground level(whichever is on upper side)) but incl brackets, clamp cross arms etc with two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer incl writing MES No. complete as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the unserviceable under ground cable, taking out the same and supplying, laying, commisioning and testing of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed steel armoured aluminum stranded conductor LT UG cable ( Conforming to IS 1554) in trenches / ducts / through GI pipes under roads of size 10 sqmm 2 core complete all as specifed and directed. Note;- The earcth work, GI pipe shall be measured and paid sepretely under appropriate item of Sch A

All as per item No 12 here in above but Cable of size 16 sqmm 4core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft/disintegrated soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soft/disintegrated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread fine river sand in trenches as cushioning to underground cable on top and bottom of cable all as specified (measurement to be taken after punning down) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable protection bricks common burnt clay sub class 'B' designation 75 for protection of UG cable laid in trenches all as specified and directed at site.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass concrete/foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2, ( using 40mm graded stone Agg) in foundation and posts including caps and bases complete all as specified as directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling,and taking out of unserviceable Analog type ampermeter from LT panel box and supply and fixing new three phase ampere meter digital type CT operated, of range (0-500 Amps), of size 96x96mm for LT, including necessary control wire connection and necessary thimbles nut bolts etc testing incl cuting if required in existing LT panel complete all as specified as directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling,and taking out of unserviceable Analog type voltmeter from LT panel box and supply and fixing new three phase voltmeter digital type PT operated, of range (0-500 V), of size 96x96mm for LT, including necessary control wire connection and necessary thimbles nut bolts etc incl cuting if required in existing LT panel and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out of unserviceable indicator lamp assemble LED type from LT panel and supply and fixing new indicator lamp assemble LED type RYB including making connections with 2.5sqmm copper conductor single core PVC insualted cable and necessary thimbles nut bolts etc incl cutting the slot if required in existing LT Panel complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of old U/S service cable and Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, twin core cable flat or circular 10 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing bracket complete and S&F 32 mm dia GI light grade pipe bracket 1.20 m long bent to shape by cutting & welding as required & directed and fixed to pole with two Nos of FI clamps 50x6 mm to be tightened with bolts, nut and washers and including painted with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing fiber/plastic KIOSK box complete with housing and one number MCB (including MCB SP 6A), on PCC/Steel tubular pole with the help of FI Clamp 20x4 mm including nuts bolts and washers etc and one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminium paint on MS work complete all as specified and directed. Make of Kiosk box-Sintex/Havells/hensel or equivalent. Make of MCB-Standard/Havells/ or equivalent.

Dismantling stay assembly complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing for stay assembly complete with all accessories, such as stay plate 300x300x6mm, stay rod 215cm long and 20mm dia with nuts including GI Bow turn buckle etc, all as per Electrical Plate No 1 SSR-2009 Part-I complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for loop type insulators vitreous porcelain white, brown or green large size with overall dimensions 90x140 mm clearance of hole 25.5mm complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable GI Pipe and supplying, laying & jointing GI Water tubing 80mm bore, light grade as in sleeving etc laid in trenches/pole post/under culvert/under road etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable GI Pipe and supplying, laying & jointing GI Water tubing 50mm bore, light grade as in sleeving etc laid in trenches/pole post/under culvert/under road etc complete all as specified and directed.
