Replacement of 2X 315MVA ICTs with new 2x 500MVA ICTs alongwith other associated works at 400KV Substation Bareilly with all cost of men, misc. consum.ables, crane / hydra, hydraulic jacks, normal & special t&ps, rails, centrifuging machine with operator , oil Testing kits etc required to be arranged by agency for satisfactory completion of the work, with all due care of safety & precautions as per technical specifications and direction of the supervising engineer, as per details below :
(A) Supply
(1) Bolted type single tension fitting assembly with turn buckle , suitable for twin / bundled ACSR moose conductor and 220 KV JACK Bus Disc insulator string , comprising of 16 NO 120 KN Disc insulator complete with hardware fitting , D- Shackle , Scoket Eye , Wall Hook , Yoke plate , D clip , Tension clamp etc as per drawing / sample ( 500 MVA ICT I & II )
(2) PG clamp duly made of LM-6 Aluminium alloy suitable for ACSR Moose to ACSR moose conductor complete with 04 No of 16*90 mm size GI bolt , nut , spring & plain washers as per drawing and sample .
(B) Work
(1) Complete Dismantling and safe stacking of the Emulsifier system i.e different sized pipes , G.I structures , Gate valves , Nozzles , Quartzoid bulbs , Pressure gauge , Pressure switch etc . ( 1 Nos Mulsifier system per ICT )
(2) Complete dismantling of the accessories of 315MVA ICT including opening of Jumpers, removal of earthing, opening of cable connections, draining out the ICTs oil into empty oil drums upto required level. Removal of conservator tank, radiators, pipe lines, Bushings, Marshaling box, L.A. Exaust Fan etc. then fixing of blanking plates ( provided by contractor ) on the radiators, pipe Lines, Conservator Tank, Turret etc . (1 Job for each 315 MVA)
(3) Proper Packing of the HV Bushings 400KV ( 3 Nos ) of the dismantled 315MVA ICT after Wrapping of Bushings with Polythene Sheet in Separate Wooden Cases / Crates arranged by contractor own its cost. (1 Job for each 315MVA ICT) .
(4) Proper Packing of the MV Bushings 220KV ( 3 Nos ) of the dismantled 315MVA ICT after Wrapping of Bushings with Polythene Sheet in Separate Wooden Cases / Crates arranged by contractor own its cost. (1 Job for each 315MVA ICT) .
(5) Proper Packing of the LV Bushings 33KV ( 3 Nos ) and 01 Nos Nutral Bushing of the dismantled 315MVA ICT after Wrapping of Bushings with Polythene Sheet in Separate Wooden Cases / Crates arranged by contractor own its cost. (1 Job for each 315MVA ICT). (1 Job for each 315MVA ICT)
(6) Shifting & Proper Stacking of all the Dismantled parts of the 315MVA ICT i.e. accessories, Conservator Tank of reactor, Radiators, Pipe Lines, Bushings, Marshaling Box, and oil in Drums Exausht fan and its Stands etc. upto safe storage place distance Approx. 500 meters (1Job for each 315MVA ICT).
(7) Shifting of Main Tank of the 315MVA ICT from its Plinth upto safe storage place distance approx. 50 meters including Turnings of the Tank, as Required. (1Job for each 315MVA ICT)
(8) Shifting of Main Tank of the 500MVA ICT from its unloading place to plinth distace approx. 80 meters including Turnings of the Tank, as Required. (1Job for each 500MVA ICT)
(9) Shifting of complete accessories of 500MVA ICT accessories, Conservator Tank, Radiators, Pipe Lines, Bushings, Marshaling Box, Reactor Oil in Drums exaust fan and its stand etc. from its unloading place to plinth distace approx. 500 meters.(1Job for each 500MVA ICT )
(10) Providing of dry air at the time opening of blnking plate for erction of 500 MVA ICT main tank and filling dry air of dew point -40 degree C or better for completion of work . The work shall include connecting pipes as required for measuring dew point values of dry air
(11) Complete Erection of the 500MVA ICT including its Radiators, Conservator Tank, Turrets, HV /MV/LV/ Neutral Bushing, Connecting Pipe Lines, Marshaling Box, OTI, WTI, PRV, OSR relay ,Capillary Tubes , OLTC , fans RTCC Panel , CTR etc. as per satisfaction of competent authority (1 Job for each 500MVA ICT) .
(12) Complete Evacuation of 500 MVA Transformer main tank & filling of dry air of dew point -40 degree C or better invaccuating upto 0.25KG/cm2 and then again evaccuating the transformer main tank after required time interval ( approx 12 to 24 hrs ) using centrifusing machine the work shall include connecting pipes of machines as required , measuring dew point values of dry air after every cycle till required value is achieved or as per satisfaction of competent authority .
(13) Creating vaccum in side the 500 MVA Transformer main tank up to the standard value and with standing the vaccume machine upto 24 hrs or as per satisfaction of competent authority
(14) Top Up of oil and Centrifuging / Dehydration of the Complete 500MVA ICT oil in oil tanks and filled in 500MVA ICT with due Circulation of Oil by Ultra High Vacuum Oil Filtration Plant, Un-Interrupted till the Desired BDV Value of the Oil is Achieved including Taking the BDV , PPM Values of Oil & IR Values and (associated works ) Periodically (every 2 hrs.) till the Required Value are Achieved (kits arranged by contractor ) or as per satisfaction of competent authority (estimated 120KL for each 500MVA ICT) .
(15) Dismantlling of old and existing C& R ( both HV and LV ) panel of 315 MVA ICT -I including removing its all terminations , earthing structures cables etc and Installation of new C& R Panel ( both HV and LV ) in place of dismantled C&R panel including its all termination alongwith necessary consumables such as cable gland , tie ferrules etc alongwith preparation of drawing in cordination with T&C wing including providing hard copy of as executed drawing to complete job satisfactorily . The work also includes shifting of dismantled C& R panels to store and new C&R panesl to Control Room .
(16) Re-Termination of old Control Cables of the Dismantled 315MVA ICTs with above new 500MVA ICTs alongwith Proper Glanding, Ferruling etc ( Consumables provided by contractors ) alongwith preparation of drawing in cordination with T&C wing including providing hard copy of as executed drawing (1 Job for each 500MVA ICT)
(17) Laying of following sizes Additional / New Control Cables for Commissioning of the above 500 MVA ICTs as per Site Requirement : (LayingCable Core laying may differ as per actual requirement/availbility at same cost )
(18) Laying of Power cable of 3.5x240mm2 ( or different core depending upon availblity at same cost ) atleast 50 cm below the ground including digging and leveling ,as per standard procedure alongwith marking of cable above ground ( as per site requirement )
(19) Making of Delta for Neutral Earthing of 500MVA ICTs by due Fabrication of 3 No. 3 Meter long Electrodes of 40 mm dia. M.S. Round Bar, its Piercing Under the Ground at Equal Distance of 1 Meter ( or length specified by site engineer ) at 700 mm depth by Digging of Earth and Connecting all the 3 No. Electrodes with 75 mm × 10 mm size M.S. Flat and Taking out the M.S. Riser by due Cutting, Bending, Welding ,painting etc. of the M.S. Flat ( specifications of material & distances may differ at site ) as per standard procedure (1 Job per Delta per 500MVA ICT)
(20) Earthing of Main Tank , Marshaling Box, of the above 500MVA ICTs with the help of 75×10 mm / 50×6 mm size M.S. Flats, its Jointing with already Laid Earth Mat with Necessary modifiactions alongwith painting. (1 Job for each 500MVA ICT)
(21) Dismantling and erection of following equipments , opening of termination , Re- termination including providing of consumables such as ferrule , glands , lugs etc including associated works to complete job satisfactorily .
(a) Dismantaling of 400kv current transformer 2000/1000/500-1Amp
(b) Dismantaling of 400kv current transformer Junction Box
(c) Dismantaling of 220kv current transformer 1000/500-1Amp
(d) Dismantaling of 220kv current transformer Juction Box
(e) Erection of 400kv current transformer 2000/1000/800/500-1Amp
(f) Erection of 400kv current transformer Juction Box .
(g) Erection of 220kv current transformer 2000/1500/1000/500-1Amp
(h) Erection of 220kv current transformer Juction Box
(i) Dismentalling of 390kv LA
(j) Dismentalling of 198kv LA
(k) Erection of 390kv LA
(l) Erection of 198kv LA
(m) Shifting of dismantled CTs , from switcyard to store and new CTs , to Switchyard
(n) Shifting of dismantled LAs from switcyard to store and new LAs to Switchyard
(22) Replacement of Jack Bus Bar in 220 KV Side of newly commisioned 2*500 MVA ICTs of single bus with double moose to accommodate full load current of each 500 MVA ICTs with all cost of Men , material T&P etc required for satisfactory completion of the work.
(a) De-stringing & Dismentalling of existing 220 KV Jack Bus of Tarantulla of 315 MVA ICT-I (approx 170 meter) includingDehoisting of Dics Insulators strings, Tension Fitting, etc from Gantries in 200 KV side of 315 MVA ICT-I bay along with shifting of the dismantled materials from work site to stores at subsation , as per details below ( 1 Job for each phase of each of each section of the Bus Bar .
(b) De-stringing & Dismentalling of existing 220 KV Jack Bus of Tarantulla of 315 MVA ICT II (approx 285 meter) including Dehoisting of Dics Insulators strings , Tension Fitting, etc from Gantries in 200 KV side of 315 MVA ICT-II bay along with shifting of the dismantled materials from work site to stores at subsation , as per details below ( 1 Job for each phase of each of each section of the Bus Bar .
(c) Laying & Restringing of 220 KV Jack Bus Bar of Twin Moose Conductors including hoisting of Disc insulators Strings , Tension Fitting etc between the gantries in 220 KV side of 500 MVA ICT -I alongwith shifting of new material as per requirement from stores at 400 KV subsation Bareilly . ( approx 170 meter )
(d) Laying & Restringing of 220 KV Jack Bus Bar of Twin Moose/ Conductors including hoisting of Disc insulators Strings , Tension Fitting etc between the gantries in 220 KV side of 500 MVA ICT -II alongwith shifting of new material as per requirement from stores at 400 KV subsation Bareilly . ( approx 285 meter )
(e) Re-Jumpering with twin moose Conductors between new 220 KV Jack Bus to Jack Bus to 220 KV Bushings of 500 MVA ICT -I & II , 220 KV LAs & 220 CTs , installed in 220 KV side of 500 MVA ICT-I & II Bays alongwith shifting of new material from store to work site and associated works to complete job succesfully ( 1 Job per ICT bay )
(23) Laying,installation testing and commissioning of dismentaled/old GI Pipe line with elbowes tees,sockets flanges,bends,fire nozzles of required size QB Detector assmbly of old Emulsifire system for its re-commissioning as per Details below
(a) 150mmdia pipe lines @ 24 Meters per Mulsifier
(b) 80mmdia pipe lines @ 10 Meters Per Mulsifier
(c) 50mmdia pipe lines @ 120 Meters Per Mulsifier
(d) 25mmdia pipe lines @ 250 Meters Per Mulsifier
(e) Installation of High pressure nozzles @ 85 No Per Mulsifier
(f) Installation of QB Detector assmbly with Quartz bulb @ 55 No per Mulsifier
(24) Providing Laying,instalation testing and commissioning , GI Pipe line with elbowes tees,sockets flanges,bends,fire nozzles of required size QB Detector assmbly of old Emulsifire system for its re-commissioning as per Details below .
(a) 150mmdia pipe lines @ 10 Meters per Mulsifier
(b) 80mmdia pipe lines @ 10 Meters Per Mulsifier
(c) 50mmdia pipe lines @ 100 Meters Per Mulsifier
(d) 25mmdia pipe lines @ 150 Meters Per Mulsifier
(e) Installation of High pressure nozzles @ 35 No Per Mulsifier
(f) Installation of QB Detector assmbly with Quartz bulb @ 35 No per Mulsifier
(g) Replacement of pressure gauge by new one @2 per ICT
(h) Replacement of pressure switch by new one @1 per ICT
(i) Replacement of sluice valve by new one @ 1per ICT
(j) Replacement of 150 NB gate valve by new one @1 per ICT
(25) Modification in Mulsifier pipe line as at present mulsifier pipe line and hydrant pipe line are joint together for safe and reliable operation of mulsifier on auto mode , both lines has to be separated from one another
(a) Providing and laying of 150 NB MS PIPE .The work includes Providing, Fabrication, and laying of following B-class MS pipe line as per attached drawing and specification complete with associated works like cutting, welding, including fixing of elbow, bend, tee, socket flanges, etc. providing and laying of b-class 150 nb m.s pipe.
(b) Two coat of brush painting with black colour enamel paint (asian / berger make) on grill runner and 600 mm width grill on both sides after proper cleaning of surface with emery paper and steel brush and applying one coat of red oxide
(c) Dismantling of RCC road including breaking of concrete, cutting of reinforcement and disposal of debris / refuse outside the switchyard premises
(d) Excavation of ordinary soil after breaking and cutting of Rcc road including watering , levelling and ramming of earth base into the trenches or into the plinth
(e) Construction of base support and foundation above ground piping
(f) Cutting dismantling and shifting of existing 200 NB pipe of mulsifier system and installation of same four new place As per requirement.
(26) Construction of RCC Fundation with Grouting of 04 Nos Foundation Eye bolts with cement , sand , stone , ballast mixture in ratio of 1:3:6 for installation and fixing of 80mm ( or actual size at time of commissioning ) GI support with base plate ( @ 50 No per mulsifier per reactor )
(27) Providing & Fixing of Reflective stand ( 70*70 cm2 or bigger size ) mentioning name of new 500 MVA ICT specifications such as Make , DOC , volatge level and capcity etc
(28) Providing & Fixing of 250 watt LED Street Light Luminaries Fittings of Philips / Crompton Greaves / Havell's make in single Piece Die Cast Aluminimum Alloy Housing with Pot Optics Reflector & Thoughened Clear Glass Cover with Frame for Lamp Compartment including Cable Terminations.
