Dismantling R.C. floor, roof, beams etc. including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. including stacking of steel bars a) In ground floor including roof upto 150mm thick.

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge

Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : (b) On steel or other metal surface : With super gloss (hi-gloss) - (iv) Two coats (with any shade except white)

Skilled labour for removing the damaged screen carefully including all MS flats & beams

Field welding of M.S. plate by means of electric arc welding as per relevent IS specification using standard electrodes including edge preparation and charges of deployment of electric generator set with fuel, lubricant, and all other tools and plants all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. [ Engineer-in-charge shall approve the electrodes for arc welding before use ] Throat thickness in mm 12mm

Hire & labour charges for diesel generating set for lighting including fuel, 300M wire, 11 points with 200 Watt bulb with post for hanging & maintaining the same for day & night for the period.

Cleaning rubbish, sludge, weeds scum, liquid earth, mud etc.etc.from road side masonary drain/ hume pipe drain/ culvert etc. by mathor labour after removing concrete.Slab/manhole cover etc.without damaging the same and refixing the same properly after cleaning as necessary and removing the sludge etc.etc.by using iron pans,buckets including all labour, tools & plants including removing the spoils in dry condition and disposing the same by truck beyond the road side in conformity with municipal/corporation rules for such disposal including loading into truck and cleaning the road side in all respects as per direction of the Engineerin- Charge. (Payment will be made on the basis of actual stack measurment of spoils in dry condition at roadside)

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.(Pakur Variety )

Bailing out water by pump including all leads lifts and including making all arrangements for disposal where continuous flow or seepage of water is encountered an rating of pumps and hours of operation is specifically ascertained as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out sluice gate draw shutter gearing arrangements & pedestal including refitting the same with new nuts & bolts where necessary. (a) Up to 4 sqm. (i) Taking out and refitting the same.

Taking out flap shutter of sluice gate including hoisting arrangements and refitting the same with new nuts & bolts where necessary (a) Up to 4 sqm. (i) Taking out and refitting the same.

Taking out & refitting the Jack & Gear including supply of new nuts & bolts, cleaning & greasing, if necessary and as directed by the Engineer - in -charge. (a) Taking out and refitting the same.

Oiling, cleaning & greasing the regulator gate & gate parts including guide channel, top runner, pedestal block, gear rods, wheel, fish plate etc. with sufficient lubricant as and when necessary as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials to site complete.

Supplying empty Cement bags in good condition.

Filling empty Cement bags with dry earth or sand, stitching the bag (cost of thread included) and carrying and placing them in position and all incidental charges complete but excluding cost of sand and gunny bags

Extra over the corresponding item of earth work for removing semi liquid mud or slushy earth by iron pans, buckets etc. (This item is to be done with specific approval of Engineer-in-charge)

Mazdoor (Male) for cleaning the channel and dispose all rubbish to required place etc.

Hire Charges of JCB for removing excavated eart, lifting of earth etc.

Hire Charges of lifting machine (hydra) for lifting heavy specials,Sluice gates etc

Any other necessary items as per prevailing current P.W.D. & P.H.E. approved Schedule of rates of Kolkata/24Pgs.(N&S)/ New Town W/S. Circle (Building & Plumbing) w.e.f. 01.11.2017 & latest modified corrigendum, thereof and approved schedule of P.H.E. Dte will be applicable.
