Supply & Delivery Indoor-type, floor mounted,metal clad, single tier, fully compartmentalized,free standing, 6.6 kV VCB Panel with 3 Nos VCBs (1 Incomer + 2 Outgoing), totally enclosed and fully interlocked , horizontal drawout, horizontal / vertical isolation type breaker as per IS 13118, as ammended upto date and as per detail specification attached ( uploaded in the specification section) , suitable for use on 6 KV, 3 Phase,50 Hz AC supply to energise TWO 1000KVA Dry Type Transformers. Supply & Delivery of Cast Resin Dry Type 6KV/415V 1000 KVA, 3 Phase,50Hz, Dyn11,copper wound, Class F insulation associated with winding temperature indicator/controller,having cable end box in the HV & LV sides and all accessories and conforming to IS 11171-1985 & IS - 2026 with latest modification (if any) & CBIP Specification and as per detail specification attached ( uploaded in the specification section) [ Make: ABB/Voltamp ( Vadodara)/CGL ].

Installation & commissioning of the above 6.6 kV VCB Panel with P.T & all the accessories, incl. carriage, by placing in position, assembling, lining up, levelling and checking all instruments, relays, correctly set according to requirement.

Installation & commissioning of 6 KV/ 415 volt, 1000 KVA distribution transformer incl. carriage to the substation building within a lead of 30mtr by placing in position and fixing after leveling fitting all components, connecting, checking & set of all instrument, relays according to requirement as instructed by the EIC incl. Supply & delivery, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of AUTOMATIC POWER FACTOR CORRECTION PANEL (300 KVAR) and conforming to IS with latest modification and as per detail specification attached ( uploaded in the specification section) to be installed at HT Substation Building.

Making testing arrangement and submitting the test report for high voltage testing of specified voltage incl. checking & testing of all HT / LT equipments by authorized firm of Directorate of Electricity & commissioning the installation after obtaining the Approval of Directorate of Electricity.The scope shall be also included the necessary approval from Authority also.

Supply & fixing 75x45 mm "C" channel having length of 2 mtr. each channel incl. nuts, bolts and washer etc.

Submission of a Sub-station drawing (Computer autocad generated & printed in all sheet quarduplicate)showing H.T & LT cable duct single line power diagrams EI layout system equiment neutral earthing etc. enter plan as per direction and satisfication of E.IC.

Supply & Installation of LED Sign Board

LED Signage: Designing, Fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Outdoor LED Signage (Approximate Size:20' Length X 5' height) in English/ Bengali (letters given and approved by concerned department) for letters with following specifications

(a) The box for the signage will be fabricated in Aluminum Square tube of size 25 mm. X 25 mm. of 16 gauge complete with necessary priming and painting. The front of the box will be covered with 3 mm. thick Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) sheets of the entire board. The board to be fixed in front of canopy by providing required support and Angle Bracing. The complete installation will be water, vermin and dust insulated and protected.

(b) Letter Description: Approx 9" x 5" size (or as per direction of the EIC as per actual requirement) of letters made of Aclrylic Sheet with male female attachment, on router cut ACP Sheet of front incl. all accessories as required.

(c) LED Illumination & Power Supply:High Bright, High Wave length closed type waterproof white LED modules (0.72 W or Higher) mounted on interior side of female part of letter with power wire running back to a central power area having required capacity Power Transformer of primary phase voltage 230 V and requir converter-filter to adequately drive the whole LED modules without Flicker.

(d )Internal Electrical Wiring will be done by Halogen Free Flame Retardent HRFR compound insulated (Unsheathed) 1.5 Sq.mm. copper flexible cable through interior conduit and Electrical Raceway.

The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.

Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules

Defect Liability period 1 (One) Year
