Notes for serial item Nos. 59 & 60: (i) All necessary precautions and all safety measures as per Municipality rules / relevant regulatory guidelines shall be taken by the Contractor in employing his workmen in foul conditions to prevent any health hazards, etc. (ii) The Contractor shall be solely responsible for any mishap to any of labourer deployed and to equipment/machinery/plants/material, etc. brought at site for work and any lapses whatsoever during the execution, (iii) The work shall be executed under the supervision of highly skilled tradesman / supervisor, (iv) The rates quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of the above aspects, and no claims whatsover shall be entertainable at later stages and or during execution
