Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 150mm/230mm/300 mm thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for seperately).
12 mm cement plaster of mix: 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)
15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)
Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : (a) New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm).
Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : (a) Two or more coats on new work.
Steel work welded in built up section/frame work including cutting, hoisting, making necessary holes for fixing barbed wire and concertina coil if required, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc.as required. (a) In grating,frames,guard bar,ladders,railling brackets,gates and similar works.
Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m) having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)
Providing and erecting 2.4 metre high temporary barricading each panel of size 2.50mx2.40m made of 40x40x6mm angle iron or 50x50x3mm hollow MS tube posts/horizontal members/bracings covered with 1.63mm thick MS sheet. Suitable stand or bottom bracing with 50cm long MS angle 40x40x6mm shall be provided at each bottom end. The sheet shall be fixed with 30x5mm MS flat by suitable welding/riveting. The panels shall be made so that no gap above the ground is available. Suitable arrangement shall be made to fix the barricading to avoid from overturning by providing 250mm long expansion fasteners at both ends. The work shall be executed as per drawing/direction of Engineer-in-Charge which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape, concertina coil , barbed wire etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- One time payment shall be made for providing barricading from start of work till completion of work i/c shifting. The barricading provided shall remain to be the property of the contractor on completion of the work).
Credit item towards dismantling and taking away all useable materials including the cost dismantling of boundary wall manually/ mechanically including removal of Concertina coil, barbed wire, MS angle bracket etc. all complete and disposal of non- useable rubbish as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Credit item for taking away old MS angle bracket , scrap Concertina coil and scrap barbed wire including dismantling cost from the boundary wall raising site as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. [Note: The contractor has to quote not less than Rs.80/-]
Deduct for not disposing the excavated earth within 50 m lead ( under BOQ item no. 1 )
Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.
