Periodic Routine/Emergency Patrolling and Cutting/Lopping and Chopping of Trees in the Range of Corridor of 220KV Transmission Lines alongwith other associated Works under ETD, Bareilly during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.06.2020 to 31.05.2021

Following Works are to be Carried out on 220KV Transmission Lines under E.T.D., Bareilly during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.06.2020 to 31.05.2021, with all Cost of Men, Misc. Consumables, T&Ps etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Work as per Technical Specifications & Direction of the Supervising Engineer :

(1) Periodic (Bi-Monthly / Quarterly) Routine Tower to Tower Patrolling from one end to other end of Following Transmission Lines and Submission of Patrolling Report in Triplicate in Prescribed Proforma Mentioning the Stolen / Missing Tower Parts & Tower Accessories; Trees Falling in the Range of Line Corridor; Damage to Earthwire, Conductor, Jumper, Insulator & other Line Accessories; damage to Foundation, Coping, Chimney, Earthing etc. The Patrolling shall be done Every Month during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.06.2020 to 31.05.2021, with all due Care of Safety & Precautions :

(a) 220KV Bareilly (400) - C.B. Ganj Ckt. I (Total Line Length : 16.252 Km; 5.552 Km from 400KV S/S Bareilly to LILO Point on D.C. Towers + 10.70 Km from LILO Point to 220KV S/S C.B. Ganj on S.C. Towers). (Line Length 16.252 Km × 4 Quarter = 65.008 Km)

(b) 220KV Bareilly (400) - Pant Nagar PTCUL Line (Line Length : 5.552 Km from 400KV S/S Bareilly to LILO Point on D.C. Towers). (Line Length 5.552 Km × 4 Quarter = 22.208 Km)

(c) 220KV Bareilly (400) - C.B. Ganj Ckt. II (Total Line Length : 23.645 Km; 1.70 Km from 400KV S/S Bareilly to LILO Point on D.C. Towers + 21.945 Km from LILO Point to 220KV S/S C.B. Ganj on D.C. Towers). (Line Length 23.645 Km × 4 Quarter = 94.580 Km)

(d) 220KV Dohna - C.B. Ganj Line (Total Line Length : 11.581 Km; 4.56 Km from 220KV S/S Dohna to LILO Point on D.C. Towers + 7.021 Km from LILO Point to 220KV S/S C.B. Ganj on S.C. Towers) (Line Length 11.581 Km × 4 Quarter = 46.324 Km)

(e) 220KV Roza - C.B. Ganj Line (Total Line Length : 125.73 Km; 103.785 Km from Roza to LILO Point at 400KV S/S Bareilly by E.T.D.-II, Bareilly + 21.945 Km from LILO Point to 220KV S/S C.B. Ganj on D.C. Towers by E.T.D., Bareilly) (Line Length 21.945 Km × 6 Bi-Month = 131.67 Km)

(f) 220KV Bareilly (400) - Farid Pur Line (Total Line Length : 31.835 Km; 27.809 Km on S.C. Towrs upto LILO Point + 4.026 Km from LILO Point to 220KV S/S Farid Pur on D.C. Towers) (Line Length 31.835 Km × 4 Quarter = 127.34 Km)

(g) 220KV Farid Pur - Shahjahan Pur Line (Total Line Length : 66.268 Km; 4.026 Km from 220KV S/S Farid Pur to LILO Point on D.C. Towers + 62.242 Km from LILO Point to 220KV S/S Shahjahan Pur on S.C. Towers) (Line Length 66.268 Km × 4 Quarter = 265.072 Km)

(2) Emergency Patrolling of the above Transmission Lines in the event of Tripping / Break Down of the Line (to Commence within 2 hrs. of Intimation for the same, if Tripping / Breakdown in Day Time and by 07:00 A.M., if Tripping / Breakdown in Night Hours) as per Instructions of Supervising Engineer during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.06.2020 to 31.05.2021, as per Details given below :

(a) Emergency Patrolling of Line upto 20 Km Distance (1 Job for each Emergency Patrolling).

(b) Emergency Patrolling of Line more than 20 Km to 50 Km Distance (1 Job for each Emergency Patrolling).

(c) Emergency Patrolling of Line more than 50 Km Distance (1 Job for each Emergency Patrolling).

(3) Periodic Cutting of different types of Trees like Mango, Neem, Sheesham, Peepal, Semal, Eucalyptus, Popular etc. having Girth 0.5 Meter to 1.0 Meter and Falling in the Range of Corridor of above Transmission Lines to Provide Minimum Clearance of about 8 Meter between the Tree & Conductors on both side of the Towers / Line with all due Care of Safety & Precautions to Avoid any damage to nearby Buildings, Power & Telephone Lines Passing nearby, Crops, other nearby Trees etc. The Work also includes Removing, Eliminating & Cleaning the Line Sites after Cutting of the Trees during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.06.2020 to 31.05.2021. (300 No. Trees x 4 Times in a Year = 1200 No. Trees).

(4) Periodic Lopping & Chopping of Branches of different types of Trees like Mango, Neem, Sheesham, Peepal, Semal, Eucalyptus, Popular etc., Falling in the Range of Corridor of the above Transmission Lines to Provide the Minimum Clearance of about 8 Meter between the Tree & Conductors on both side of the Towers / Conductors of above said Transmission Line with all due Care of Safety & Precautions to Avoid any Damage to nearby Buildings, Power & Telephone Lines Passing nearby, Crops, other nearby Trees etc. The Work also includes Removing, Eliminating & Cleaning the Line Sites after Lopping & Chopping of the Trees during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.06.2020 to 31.05.2021. (1250 No. Trees x 4 Times in a Year = 5000 No. Trees)
