Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors,roofs,having slope upto 15 , landing, balconeys, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral staircases upto floor five level excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3(1cement; 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868, minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS : 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felts etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleats angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, CP.brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing and paneling to be paid separately)

Providing and fixing with float glass panes of 5.50mm thick for glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with PVC/neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item)

Providing and fixing Aluminium composite panel (ACP) board in paneling fixed in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partitions frames with CP. brass/stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.

Fixing dismantled window/door shutters after necessary repair work with all labour charges etc. complete.

Providing and fixing factory made UPVC door frame extruded section profile size 42mmx50mmx2mm or nearest size, corners of the door frame jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless steel screws , joints mitered and plastic welded. The hinge side vertical of the frame reinforced by galvanized MS tube of 19mmx19mm and 1mm or nearest size and 3 Nos stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete as per the manufactures specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 25mm thick PVC flush door shutters made out of a one piece multi chamber extruded PVC section of the size of762mm x25mm x1mm or nearest size as per requirement, PVC form end cap of size 23x10mm are provided on both vertical edges to ensure the overall thickness of 25mm. An MS tube having dimensions 19mmx19mm is inserted along the hinge side of the door. Core of the door shutter should be filled with high density polyurethane foam. The top and bottom edges of the shutter are covered with an end cap of size 25mmx11mm. Door shutter shall be reinforced with special polymeric reinforcements as per manufactures specification and direction of engineer-in-charge to take up necessary hardware and fixtures. Stickers indicating the locations of hardware will be pasted at appropriate places including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Providing M.S. grills fixed to openings of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with MS flats, square or round etc. with a coat of iron primer and fixing in position including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete as per the instructions of the department officers.

Plastering with C.M. 1:4 (one cement four sand), 12mm thick for walls inside and outside with necessary scaffolding and thread lines, including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Plastering with C.M.1:3, 12mm thick with neat cement flushing coat with the addition of colouring compound (red oxide) with thread line wherever necessary with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete

Providing and laying polished vitrified floor tiles (size of tile 60x60cm) in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorptions less than 0.08% and confirming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all coloures and shades,laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 ( 1cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments, moulding the edges etc.complete. as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing first quality ceramic glazed wall tiles confirming to IS:15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacture) of approved make in coloures, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand) and pointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigments of matching shade etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 18mm or nearest thick mirror polished granite slab laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) confirming IS: 15477, using 5kg adhesive per sqm of tile area, in average 3mm thick including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments, moulding the edges etc. complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china laboratory sink of size 600x450x200mm or nearest available size with CI brackets, CP brass chain with rubber plug 40mm CP brass waste and 40mm CP brass trap with necessary CP brass unions including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever necessary including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.
