Clearing and Grubbing Road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201.

Dismantling of existing brick on end edging complete in all respect as per PWD specifications.CSR 8.5(i)

Granular Sub Base (Grading-I)Construction of granular sub-base ( Grade -I) by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Water Bound Macadam (Grading -II)Providing laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening(Type A)/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 (63-45 mm ) as per Technical specification Clause 405.

Water Bound Macadam (Grading -III)Providing laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening(Type B)/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 ( 53-22.4 ) as per Technical specification Clause 405.

Primer Coat-Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg./sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Tack Coat-Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using tar boiler/ Pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with Primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MoRD Specification Clause 503.

Bituminous Macadam-Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder VG-10@ 3.4% , transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504.

20mm Thick Open Graded Premix carpet-Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type B as per MoRD Specification Clause 508.

Seal Coat-Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B as per MoRD Specification Clause 510 ( with Bitumen VG-10)
