SPL REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF LT UG CABLE OF PERIMETER LIGHTS OF OUTSIDE LOCATION AT AF STN JAMNAGAR

Supply and installation, testing, commissioning, factory made, CPRI approved, outdoor type, LT Panel board suitale for high mast fitting of size 600mm x 600mm x 450mm, confirming to IS 5039- with IP-54 protection, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet , 415 Volt, 3 phase, 50 HZ supply mounted on and including MS angle section 50 x 50 x 5 mm frame with front and back openable, double door with provision of locking arrangement dust & vermin proof, gasket, TPN busbar shall be insulated with colour coated heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be mounted on proper insulator, gland, welding hinges of dust proof, overall powder coated, including taking down old unserviceable LT panel, complete all as specified and directed & Consisting of the following equipments:- (i) MCCB, 4 pole, 16 KA , 63 Amps -01 No Make :- ABB/Havells / Legrand/L & T ( Incoming) (ii) MCB, TPN, 10 KA, 32 Amps - 02 No Make :- ABB/Havells / Legrand/L & T. (iii) Mounting arrangement for 2 MCB for future Expansions. (iv) Power Contactor MNX70 of Make: L&T. (v) forward and reverse push button suitable for high mast fitting. (v) Digital type clock timer time switch of Make; L&T. (vi) Solid aluminium bus bar 200 Amp for 3 phase, 100 Amp for neutral

Material and labour for renewal of earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground connected to galvanised mild steel strip 25 x 4 mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washer of galvanized steel, watering pipe of 20mm bore galvanised iron medium grade and 40mm bore galvanised iron light grade for earth strip protection including all excavation earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and RCC 1:2:4, type B-1 for precast chamber cover 50mm thick, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg / sqm), with charcoal, salt, funnel complete all as shown in the electrical plate No 3 of SSR part –I and testing on completion, including taking down old unserviceable earthing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for earth strip with protection pipe up to 7.5 M length.

Material and labour for renewal of earthing complete with copper plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground connected to 20×3mm copper strip mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washer of galvanized steel, watering pipe of 20 mm bore, galvanised iron, light grade, and 15 mm bore galvanised iron light grade for earth wire protection including all excavation earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and RCC 1:2:4, type B1 for precast chamber cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg / sqm), with charcoal, salt, funnel complete all as shown in the electrical plate No 3 of SSR part –I and testing on completion, including taking down old unserviceable earthing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for GI strip with protection pipe up to 7.5 M length.

Supply and erect Prestressed concrete pole, 09.0 metres long, 152mm x 152mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom, class 09, including taking down old unserviceable pole, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (a) Rate quated is inclusive of following (i) Excavation & Earthwork , Returning filling and Removal of soil (ii) PCC (1:3:6) type c2 as per specification (iii) Coping (1:2:4) type b1 as per specification.

Supply and fixingt in repair Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size of 75mm x 75mm x 25mm drilled and screwed with 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long screw, fixed in and SMC junction box of size 170mm x 170mm x 105mm hinged door fixed on wall, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : SMC juction box will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule.

Material & Labour for PCC earthing pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 of internal size 300mm x 300mm x 300mm with 120mm thick wall and 700mm x 700mm x 150mm thick bed concrete and 50mm thick precast chamber cover of RCC 1:2:4, type B1 for, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg / sqm), complete all as shown in the electrical plate No 3 of SSR part –I, including demolition of old pit, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repairs Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair Aluminium earth strip of size 25 x 3.15mm with epoxy insulators and fixing screws etc for earth continuity conductors to test point terminal, including taking down old strip, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :Epoxy insulator will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule.

Supply and fixing in repair 25mm size epoxy type insulator suitable for fixing earthing strip including screw etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of Sheet moulding compound (SMC) junction box of size 170mm x 170mm x 105mm mild steel clamps, nuts and bolts, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : SINTEX / Legrand / EPP Composite Pvt Ltd
