Dismantling carefully of all incomming & out going LT UG cable, earth teriminals from LT Panel of any size & capacity and taking down carefully from platform keeping in custody complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ,fabrication, installation and testing of LT Panel out door type factory made CPRI Approved, water and vermin proof protection of size1500 mm x 1000 mm x 500 mm (over all dimension) made out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet dully supported with mild steel angle iron of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm vertical frame and legs with mild steel flat iron 25 x 5 mm in horizontal sides of the frame with front and back side openable ,single hinged door/ shutter with locking arrengement and powder coated finish both internal and external steel surfaces after necessary preparation of steel surfaces including providing PCC (1:3:6) type C2 foundation of suitable size and connections of all outgoing / incomming cable inclusive of necessary excavation and earthwork as required including the following fitment accessories complete all as specified and as directed. (for Jijamatha line SS). NOTE:- Rate of earthwork and PCC work etc are deemed to be inclusive in this item.

M&L for testing Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, and connected to galvanized steel strip of size 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts nuts, & washers and protected by 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade & watering pipe 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade with funnel and connected to earthing test poin including excavation, earth work , PCC chamber (1:3;6) type C-1 and 40mm thick RCC pit cover in RCC (1:2:4) type B1 with M.S angle iron frame, C-I. cover with provision of locking arrangement using 6mm dia MS round bar @ 150 mm C/C both ways incling charcoal dust and salt in layers all as shown in electrical plate NO. 3 of SSR Part-I etc complete making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor and testing complete including fill up the earth pit with soil for best result and removal of excavated material from the site complete all as specified and directed. Note : ( i ) The item includes the cost of 7.5 meter GI pipe for protection of earth lead wire & the cost of 7.5 meter earthing lead strip/wire (ii) Irrespective of what is shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I /2009, the cover of earthing pit shall be of precast RCC (1 :2 : 4) type B1 with suitable handle complete all as specified and directed.
