Taking down carefully copper/ aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including all fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets etc.) removing material from the site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floor or ceiling etc. to match with existing specifications complete all as specified and directed.

Point wiring for one light point/fan point controlled by one-one way switch with 1.5 Sqmm. (nominal area) single core FRLS,PVC insulated 1100 Volts, grade multi stranded unsheathed copper conductor unsheathed in and including non metalic rigid PVC casing & caping complete with all acessories including PVC sunk box ISI marked for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulator etc with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet as top cover, and 1.5 Sqmm. (nominal area) single core FRLS, PVC insulated 1100 Volts, grade multi stranded unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth wire upto common earth and connected to earth dolly including making good the diturbed surfaces compete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing ceiling/exhaust fan any type and capacity with due care and refixing after servicing and painting including connecting electrically using PVC insulated overall sheathed flexible copper conductor cable 0.75sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement high efficacy 2'x2' recess LED flat panel light 36W LED 2700/3000K (warm white) edge-lit luminaire suitable for armstrong/grid ceiling complete for low ceiling applications complete with all accessories pre wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Havells/Bajaj/Crompton/Halonix.

Supply and fixing in repairs LED driver suitable for high efficacy 2"x2" recess LED flat panel light 36W with due care and refixing the fitting after servicing including connecting electricaly using cord flexible 3 core PVC insulated over all sheathed with flexible copper conductor of size 0.75 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement environmental friendly, ultra modern, energy saving, surface mounted, decorative oval bulk head 10 watt 6000 K inbuilt LED luminaire comprising of high brightness LEDs, IP54 protection including connecting electricaly using cord flexible 3 core PVC insulated over all sheathed with flexible copper conductor of size 0.75 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED Tube light fitting, complete with 1x 20 watts, 4 feet. Single pole & neutral 240 volts 12 way with IP-43 IK-09 protection double door complete with appropriate size bus bar and neutral link, fixed flush in wall including chases wall for fixing DB and making good distributed wall surfaces to match with existing specification. (Note:- MCBs will be measured and paid separately).

Supply and fixing in replacement sheet metal enclosure MCB distribution board. Single pole & neutral 240 volts 8 way with IP-43 IK-09 protection double door complete with appropriate size bus bar and neutral link, fixed flush in wall including chases wall for fixing DB and making good distributed wall surfaces to match with existing specification. (Note:- MCBs will be measured and paid separately).

Supply and fixing in replacement sheet metal enclosure MCB distribution board, double door with IP-43 protection single phase 240 volts 4 way, including suitable size copper bus bar and neutral link fixed flush in wall including chases wall for fixing DB and making good distributed wall surfaces to match with existing specification complete all as specified and directed. Supply, Laying, connecting and testing in replacement submain wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed, FRLS flexible copper conductor multi strand cable of size 6 sqmm and one single core PVC insulated unsheathed, FRLS flexible copper conductor multi strand cable green colour of size 4.0 Sqmm as earth lead in & including PVC casing caping/ non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade and making good the disturbed wall surfaces to match with existing specification all as required at site or directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Lamp holder insulated body PVC/ Polycabonate type with back plate suitable for batten/angular/pendent fittings including LED lamp 9 watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 7 W LED decorative, wall mounting round type, recess mounted downlighter with pressure die-cast aluminium heat sink & PC diffuser inh white powder coated finish including connecting electrically using cold flexible 3 core PVC insulated over all sheated with flexible copper conductor of size 0.75 sqmm. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED Bldg security light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with acrylic cover as diffuser with IP66 protection and Impact resistance of IK07 and electronic driver of 30W LED 5700K and making necessary connections including street light bracket made out of 25 mm dia GI tubing medium grade made to shape 1.2 mtr long duly painted with synthetic aluminium paint over a coat of primer incl MS clamps and back plates fabricated from steel section including nuts, bolts, washers 02 set complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, earth plate surrounded by and packed with 15 cm thick layer of char coal dust and common salt, earth lead GI wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts, Nuts, Check Nuts and washers of galvanized iron and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 15 mm bore and water pipe 20 mm bore GI light grade with funnel and wire mesh PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 & RCC cover all as specified & shown in elect plate No. 3 of SSR part I of 2010 including testing on completion including taking down existing unserviceable earthing complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement exhaust fan of size 250 mm heavy duty metalic body complete with louver 1400 RPM speed 230 volts AC electrical operated 50 HZ Model No. Turbo Force SP of Havells or its equivalent of Orient/ Usha/ Bajaj/CG.
