RAW WATER PUMPING PLANT Supplying all labor tools and tackles for taking out old and damaged VT pump sets from Intake-Well with all accessories , demolition of mounting channel for installation of new vertical turbine pump sets and carrying all taken out materials from intake well to WTP Store.

Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of electrically driven vertical turbine pump sets Kirloskar / WPIL/ Mather & Plate/Jyoti having discharge capacity of raw water 126 m3/hr against total head of 60 meters, coupled with vertical hollow shaft sq. cage induction motor make (Kirloskar / Crompton/ Jyoti) operated on 415 + 10% volts, 50HZ, 1470 RPM with sole plate, discharge head, M.S. D.F. column assembly random length of 5 ft, total 60 ft. S.S. line shaft, S.S, socket, spider bearing with rubber cut less bush, CIDF sluice valve-1 no, CIDF NR valve-1 no, pressure gauge-1 no ets all complete. Note:- Motor Capacity should have 10% above of the pump.

Supplying all labor tools and tackles for making PCC foundation 2′x2′x1′ with all materials such as cement , sand, stone chips, foundation bolt, reducer as per sample, including fixing of sole plate for installation of new VT pump sets and jointing the existing delivery pipe line etc all complete job.

Cost towards supplying and laying of 120mm2 , 3 ½ core PVC insulated and PVC sheathed ,1.1 KV grade armeredAluminum cable of reputed make and ISI marked doing connection from main switch to stabilizer and stabilizer to panel.

Cost towards supplying and laying of 35mm2 X 3 core PVC insulated and PVC sheathed ,1.1 KV grade unarmored copper cable of reputed make and ISI marked doing connection from panel to both motor.

Cost of doing internal light wiring of Pump house with 7/18 single core copper wire will all required making short point -1 no, medium point-2 nos, long point- 1 no with supplying and fixing 4′x40 watt tube light-2 Nos, 25 Watt, led flood light with bracket-02 no etc all complete .

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories and providing masonry with cover plate having locking arrangements and watering pipe 2.7 meter long etc with charcoal/ coke and salt as required for chemical earthing.

Cost for supply and fitting of 200Amp. TPN main switch/ Switch disconnector and doing all line connection.

Supplying and laying of 8 SWG copper wire for making earthing connection in to from earthing station to panel to motor .

Supplying and fixing 3 ton capacity triple gear chain pulley block with 6 meter lifting chain of reputed make and ISI marked. [JSOR M1057]

Cost towards supplying and commissioning of servo controlled automatic voltage stabilizer suitable for output voltage of 415 volt +/-1%, 3 hp 50hz with copper wound transformer (air /oil cooled) as mentioned below the stabilizer shall function satisfactorily even if incoming supply is unbalanced between phases within range of 10%. Capacity 125 KVA oil cooled make powerline/servokon at intake well as per specification & direction of E/I.

Cost towards supplying and filling transformer oil for stabilizer set.

Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of electrically driven Horizontal split casing Centrifugal pump set make (Kirloskar/ WPIL/ mather& plate/jyoti ) having discharge capacity of clear water 35 LPS against total head of 75 meter coupled with TEFC sq. cage induction motor make (kriloskar/ Crompton /Jyoti) operated on 415 + 10% volts, 50HZ, 1470 RPM mounted on common M.S. fabricated base plate with CIDF sluice valve-1 no, CIDF NR valve-1 no, foot valve-1 no, pressure gauge-1 no, tire coupling-1 no etc all complete.

Supplying all labour tools and tackles for making PCC foundtiaon-1 no. of size 4′x3’X3′ with all materials such as cement , sand, stone chips, foundation bolt-6nos,reducer and plastering and punning over exposed surface and jointing the existing delivery and suction pipe line etc all complete job.
