30/28 mm thick Vitrified tile flooring using 8/10mm thick vitrified tiles over 20mm thick bed CM(1:4)including rubbing and polishing complete. as per the direction of the E.I.C.

Fixing vetrified tiles in dados,skirting and in rises of steps on 12mm thick bed of cement plaster (1:3) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing including cost of tile.

Distempering two coats of approved shade including cost conveyance taxes of distemper and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc.complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Wall painting two coats with any approved quality of Weather seal coat over a coat of priming on new work to give an even shade including cost of all materials,labour, T&p required for the work complete.

Finishing wall surface with Acrylic wall putty (water based) of approved make and finish smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of all materials labour T&P etc complete.

providing water dripping course size 25mm to10mm including all cost, conveyance, royalty of of materials, T&P etc., required for the work complete.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing in all floors using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2 mm @ 0.90mtr. C/C and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3 rows in stair case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc. with cost conveyance, taxes of all materials labour, T&P etc. required for the complete in all respect.
