Painting exterior surface with PREMIUM ACRYLIC SMOOTH exterior paint of required shade as per manufacturer's specifications to give protective and decorative finish including cleaning washing of surface etc. complete with: [Note: Only Exterior paint will be supplied by the university]

On new work (Two or more coats)

On old work (One or more coats)

Applying one coat of cement primer on wall surface (applied @ 0.80 litrs/10 sqm) complete. (Note: Primer will be supplied by the university)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper by scraping sand papering and preparing the surfaces smooth including necessary repair to scratches etc. Complete

Removing old paint or polish by paint remover or blow lamp or any other means as approved including preparing the surface smooth after removing the paint.

Wall painting with acrylic premium emulsion (plastic) paint of required shade to give an even shade. (Note: Emulsion/ Plastic paint will be supplied by the university).

Premium Synthetic Enamel Paint

Repairs to plaster in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under with cement mortar (1 cement : 4 sand) complete including disposal of rubbish within 50 m lead:
