Providing consultancy services to preparation of DPR for Channelization of Imla Bimla Khad from Shankar Dehra to Chaira for protection measure/Anti erossion work after conducting the detail survey work of the Imla Bimla Khad i/c data required by CWPRS Pune for the Mathematical model studies for hydraulic routing and evoling river training works on Imla Bimla Khad including topograhical suvey with total station /DGPS, plotting and prearation of contour plan on Auto CAD at the suitable scales, Design of concrete structure / Gabion wall, Toe Wall, Appron & preparation of all drawings on Auto CAD such as L-Section, X-Section , Contour plan, Main Plan at the readable scales as per sugestion of CWPRS Technical Report & collecting all related data from field & approval of the same from competent authority of the department, complete in all respect to the entire satisfacion of the Engineer-in-charge with in all leads lifts.

Scope of work:

Data Collection.

Preparation of Index Plan, detailed contour map of proposed reach for anti Erosion structure /Flood Protection measures.

Preparation of L-sectiopn and Cross section on autocad of Main Khad & Its Tributaries at an interval of at least 250 m along the length and the dat points along cross section extending from left high bank to right high bank preferably at an interval of 2 to 5 m along the cross section. The cross -section alignment details should be shown on an index map preferably to a scale of 1:15000 i/c other informaitons such as Gaug-Discharge observation site, important structures like bridage, weirs, barrages, water falls etc. across and along the khads proposed protectection works reach etc. The cross section makred on the index plan should clearly indicate the zero chain age. the cross section data may also be given in the form of UTM coordinate or in chainage bed level format in ms-excel files.as per HPJSV/ CWC/CWPRS Pune guidelines.

Gauge discharge for the rivers, Nallahs under consideration for the study i/c maximum observe discharge with crossponding water levels in the each under consideration, the water levels and the cross-section levels should have same benchmark GTS-MSM. including area affected cultivated area, house damaged live stock etc. with the help of HPJSV & other related department. (lost damage to public utilitiesd, important towns affected etc. shall be prepared by consultant & department will help to get it signed from the revenue authorities).

Maximum observed water level with crossponding discharge valve in Khad and its tributaries (Preferably at permanent structures like bridges/weirs etc) for validation of model.

25/50/100-year return period design discharge for Khad and its tributaries in the each under condideration and its hydraulogical computations other wise the catchment area of each river/ Nallah considered in study along with daily maximum fainfall data for at least 30 years or more in the each under consideration

Topo sheets containing contours covering the whole catchment area of Imla Bimla Khad and its tributaries.

Grain size ditrbution bed and bank of Khad and its tributaries in each under consideration.

Any other relevant detail of the proposal such as details of levees, spurs if any siltration pattern in the catchment, sediment flow data of the river Nallah's details of existing bridage /structures, DPR if any etc.

Field Visit:

The required field visit be conducted by the consultants for collection of the necessary data require for preparation of DPR.

Determination of Silt factor on the basis of sieve analysis

STAC approval and participation in obervation removal by consultant.

Design of Flood control /Anti erosion structures shall be based on CWPRS model studies/other relevant IS code/Manual.

The report shall be nicely printed alongwith neat sketches , drawings and whole report should be in presentable form as per standard & norms of CWC/HPJSV
