By Mix in Place Method Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded materials such as natural sand/crushed gravel/crushed stone/combination depending upon the required grading , spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator and compacting with vibratory roller toachieve at least 98% of the maximum dry density for the material determined as per IS:2720 (Part 8), complete as per clause 401 desire density, complete as per clause 401 Rate per cum for grading-III Material (River Bed Materials in the proportion (2 : 1 : 1) (without fine sand and dust) consisting of Shingles upto 26.5mm size Bazrees about 11.2 mm size and Coarse sand as per approved of Engineer-In-Charge.)

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in open foundation complete all including vibrating and compacting, finishing, curing, sampling, testing etc. as per drawing and Technical Specifications (Reference to MORT&H's specifications 1500, 1700 & 2200). PCC Grade M15 Using Concrete Mixer 1) Add 4% extra cost as formwork over cost of material 2) Needle Vibrator is an item of minor T & P which is already included in overhead charges. Hence not added in rate analysis of cement concrete works.

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75x 75x6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 x 45 x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing (Reference to MORT&H's specification 801).
