Strengthening of road from uttathur to sokkalingam Road (R-127)km 0/0-4/0 in Pullambadi Block - Package 21 Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201 in all etc complete

Picking the existing mettaled surface and sectioning including all labour charges etc, complete.km 0/0 - 4/0

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with in initial lead of 10 m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth,earth mixed with small sized boulders and hard gravelly soil as per SS 20B km 0/0 - 4/0

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in Subbase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete. km 0/0 - 1/0

Applying PRIMECOAT over WMB/ WMM surface at 7.00Kg of SS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.km 0/0 -3/06

Applying TACK COAT over Primed WMM surface at 2.5Kg of RS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. complete km 0/0 - 3/06

Providing, laying 50mm consolidated thick Bituminous Macadam using 0.20cum of 26.50- 13.20mm, 0.43cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.08cum of 2.36mm & below size IRC metal with 37 Kgs of VG30 Grade bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen, aggregate and mixing them in required temperature using Central hot mix plant 20-30ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 504 of MORTH Rev-5 km 0/0-1/0

BITUMINOUSE CONCRETE 25 ,30/40 MM THICK USING cmp (Grade -II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 40 mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50mm .17 cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3 kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature km 0/0 -1/0

Providing and laying including cost and conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading watering and compacting by power roller to achieve the required proctor density at 100 % Compaction at Optimum moisture conten. km 0/0 - 1/0

Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under NABARD XXX including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRCSP- 20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost For the First Year from the date of completion of work
