Appendix A , Providing LED flood light fittings

Supply of 125 mm dia GI pipe B class

Supply of 100 mm dia GI pipe B class

Supply of 75 mm dia GI pipe B class

Fabricating charges of GI lamp post single arm for mounting 80W LED FLood Light fitting using 3 mtrs of 125 mm dia GI pipe for the bottom part,3 mtrs of 100 mm dia GI pipe for the second /midle part and 3 mtrs of 75 mm dia GI pipe for third part ,including cutting ,welding,supplying and fixing 20x20x0.6 cm MS plate at the bottom of the lamp post,including conveyance charges of lamp post.

Errection of gi lamp post for mounting single / doubte / tripple arm for 80W LED flood lightt fitting with earth work excavation measuring0.75x0.75xx1.O mtrs ,putting foundation 1;4;8 using 40 mm broken stone measuring the above size ,also putting cement concrete 1;2;4 using 20 mm broken stone all around the post above ground level upto a height of 60 cm having 50 cm dia and plastering the portion above ground level using cement mortar 1;4 .12 mm thick one coat ,including labour charges for heavy load man mazdoor for hoisting and errecting the post in position using necessary scaffoldings.

Fabrication,supply and errecting head frame made of GI pipe MS angles,including welding,cutting etc. suitable for fixing integral type flood light fittings on top of the post for 4/6 Nos fittings

Supplying hot pree moulded single piece SMC junction box 230x170x105 mm size with hinged type front door and provision for fixing fuse unit etc.

Conveyance and installation of SMC junction box at the bottom of the lamp pos tusing bolts and nuts,as required.

Supplying and laying 40 mm dia flexible pvc pipe at the concrete base of the lamp post for entering cable to the fuse box.

Supplying and laying 32 mm dia GI pipe for laying UG cable at road crossings etc.

Painting the GI lamp post /bracket with synthetic enamel paint two coats in double column after cleaning the surface.

Supplying heavy duty PVC/ XLPE insulated pvc sheathed armoured power cable with Aluminium conductor for working voltages upto and including 1100 V ,2 core 10 sq mm stze.

Laying of UG cable 10/16 sq mm thruough the ground after taking trench measuring 0.40x0.60mtrs average size including cutting tarred floor or hard surface ,laying the cable along the trench and refilling it with excavated earth etc. complete.

Laying charges of UG cable upto 16 sq mm size through the pipe or free laying .

Supplying of 80w LED floodlight fixture should be powder coated with high pressure die-cast aluminium LED housing. The LED should be fixed on die-cast extruded aluminium heat sink for proper thermal management with Manufacturer name engraved /embossing in housing to allow traceability till life of fixture (stickering and printing is not acceptable) . Colour Temperature should be 5700°K ±300°K and the operating voltage range 140–270V AC, provided with open and short circuit protection and input surge voltage protection. LED’s are provided with secondary lens optics to get optimum optical performance the driver should be Constant voltage constant current SMPS Protection. LED Compartment should be isolated from Driver compartment in such a way that natural airflow is possible between Optical compartment and driver compartment. Luminaire is provided with a mounting bracket fixed on pressure die-cast aluminium covers for aiming adjustment. The luminaire shall be minimum IP66 & IK07 protected. LED having 50,000 burning hours @L70, power factor <0.90 & with THD less than 10. Luminaire should deliver minimum 100 Lumens/watt.(Osram/Philips/Bajaj or equavalent make with minimum three year Warranty)

Fitting charges of 70 /150 W SV /MH/LED lamp street light fitting on the GI lamp post laying necessary lead wires ,fixing 16/20 A rewirable type fuse unit ,cable socket etc .complete required at site.

Providing ordinary pipe earthing using 1 mtrs of 40 mm dia GI pipe ,GI earth wire and all other specials such as charcoal ,salt, bolts and nuts etc. complete.

Supply and laying pvc insulated sheathed flat twin core aluminium conductor,2.5 sq mm runs along with No.14 GI wire as support wire and other specials such as winding etc. complete required at site.

Appendix B, Providing LED street lights on Separate Lamp post Dismantling the existing SV lamp street light fitting 70 /100 / 150 W from the lamp post about 7 mtrs height ,carefully for further use and keeping them properly at the store including transporting charges.

Dismantling the existing MS /GI lamp post at about 9 / 7 mtrs height by demolishing the concrete foundation and by supporting using proper scaffoldtngs.

Supply of 50 mm dia GI pipe B class

Supply of 40 mm dia GI pipe B class

Repairing charges of old lamp post upto 12 mtrs by cutting ,levelling,welding etc.including transportations charges to the workshop and back to site.

Supplying of LED streetlight luminaire with epoxy powder coated pressure die-cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened clear glass fixed with SS screws. Manufacturer name engraved /embossing in housing to allow traceability till life of fixture (stickering and printing is not acceptable) with operating voltage range (140 - 270V AC). The luminaire shall be minimum IP66 protected. LED driver has protection against over voltage and short circuit with LED driver efficiency should be greater than 85% with CRI greater than 75 and with colour temperature 5700K range. minmum 3kV surge protection in driver, LED having 50,000 burning hours with minimum 70% lumen maintenance and power factor 0.90 with THD less than 10%. System consumption should be 40/45 ± 5W with lumen package of 100 lumens/ watt.(Osram/Philips/Bajaj or equavalent make with three year Warranty) (a) 70/72W LED streetlight fitting
