Excavating in trenches n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5 in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc. in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation filling or mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:4) including demolition of old masonry complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or cement concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick or cement concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for preparation of surface and finishing with two coats of acrylic smooth exterior paint with required shade over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 500 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20mm dia HD polythene float (ball) and epoxy coated aluminium rod (fly nut) screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F CPVC pipes 20mm dia (outer dia) SDR 11 and plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings including tee, bend etc. on walls/ ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F CPVC pipes 25mm dia (outer dia) SDR 11 and plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings including tee, bend etc. on walls/ ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting existing 20mm bore steel tubing for alterations or additions (each cut measured), if necessarily done in position without taking down complete all as specified and directed.
