Excavation in trenches n. exc.1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation of pole,laying of pipe line and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Returining filling in including spreading ,levelling,watering and wall ramming in layers not exc 25cm in ant type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Construction of valve pit of sizes 120cmx120cmx120cm (internal dimentions), brick construction, including all necessary excavation and earth work in hard/loose soil, returning, filling in, disposal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed, PCC in foundation of the mix (1:4:8), type D-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) brick masonry in cement mortar (1:4) rendering, 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:4), internally, finished even and fair pointing flush externaly as the work proceeds in the same mortar, mild steel frame, MS sheet cover 5mm thick with handle and locking arrangement, painting all the exposed MS work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of the tint over a coat of red oxide primer and painting all the MS embedded in PCC with two coats of black bituminous paint complete as approved by the GE all as specified.

Supply, laying and testing in replacement of Cast iron pipe (Conforming to IS:1536 2001, Centrifugally Cast (Spun) Pressure Pipe with flanged ends suitable for rubber gasket use for Push-on-Joint incl jointing material confirm to IS 5382 and IS 538, complete of size 150mm bore class B laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed Make Electrosteel casting Ltd or equivalent in TATA, JINDAL. Note :-The rates include transportation, handling and placing in position the fittings in proposed location and alignment to the laying of pipes as ordered.
