Excavation in foundation, trenches, etcetra in earth work in all kinds of classification, of soils such as pick work, jumper work blasting work saturated soils including chiseling or any other mixed variety of soils, dewatering and / or removal of slush and other incidentals, lift up to any height stacking excavated soil up to all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in fifteen centimetre thick layer when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetra consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth to the disposal point within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement : Six sand : Twelve graded/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality/quarry in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement : six sand : twelve graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) including curing and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying precast cement concrete hollow block masonry in wall with cement concrete block of size 40cmx19x20cm includig quion block jambs block and colsers etc.made of cement concrete 1;4;8(one ;; cement ;four sadnd; eigght graded crushed stone aggregate 25mm niminal size) laid with cement mortar1;6 (one cement ;six sadnd) and curing complete in super structure upto floor two level.and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect

Providing and laying upto first floor two level cement concrete 1;2;4 (one cement ;two sand;four graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) to give a smooth and given surface including centering and shuttering etctera but excluding cost of reinforcement in string coursed, copings bed plates ,anchor blocks ,Plain window sills and the like including curing complete and carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect.

15mm (fifteen millimetre) cement plaster in single coat on the fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior/exterior plastering upto floor all level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (eighty millimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) including curing and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand : four graded/crushed crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in columns pillars ,posts and struts upto floor two level including carriage of material within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire complete in all floors including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing and launching in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint In gratings framed guard bars ladders, railings, brackets and similar works including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.
