   Purchase will be made from the OEMs of the make/brand mentioned in the description [i.e. UNBRAKO , TVS, TUFF & DFL ] or their authorized dealer with Tender Specific Authorization only. Authorized dealers have to submit tender specific authorization with their offer, otherwise their offer will be summarily rejected.

   Offers received without make/brands or with vague mentions like "0", NIL, "as per tender" etc will be rejected. Participating firms should mention their offered Make/Brand against tendered item in the corresponding Make/Brand column without fail. Ambiguity in the form of offering multiple Make/Brand, not mentioning Make/Brand will be treated as disadvantage to the bidder and its offer may be liable to be rejected.

   1. Validity of offer: No deviation is permitted for validity of offer. The bid having validity less than that stipulated in tender (to be reckoned from closing date of tender) shall be deemed as commercially unresponsive and is liable to be rejected.
