RequiredThe Tenderer should be in the business for the last 3 years, and proof of the same shall be enclosed

RequiredThe bidder should have an average turnover of at least Rs. 88.00 Lakh in any of the three years of last four financial years i.e., 2022-23 to 2025-26. Copies of the proof should be enclosed.

RequiredThe bidder should have executed similar nature of work for worth Rs. 44.00 Lakh in any one of the financial years i.e., 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 in a single/Multiple purchase orders. Copies of the purchase order along with satisfactory work completion report shall be furnished.

Required3a Satisfactory work completion reports is mandatory for technical evaluation. Current year Po s with satisfactory completion report can be considered for evaluation

RequiredThe Bidder must have valid Registration of GST and PAN and the same shall be enclosed.

RequiredThe Bidder should not have been black listed from any State Government/ Central Govt./PSU Department in India. Self-declaration is required.

RequiredThe bidder should submit give declaration stating that they are not debarred blacklisted by any State Government Central Government Central and State Govt. Undertakings enterprises Organizations and by any other Quasi Government bodies Organizations in India for non satisfactory performance, corrupt and Fraudulent or any other unethical business practices.

Required7a If the bidder is debarred/ blacklisted as mentioned above, such bidder becomes ineligible to participate in the bidding process. In-case of any concealing of information relating to blacklisting or pending of cases as mentioned above or submission of fake information/fake documents, TTD reserves the right to cancel the work order/contract allotted, apart from forfeiting TTD reserves the right

Required7b further to take penal action on the bidder

RequiredThe Tenderer should produce Liquid assets and / or credit facilities of not less than Rs. 22.00 Lakh (Credit facility / letter of credits / Solvency certificates from Nationalized Banks or any scheduled commercial bank etc). The solvency certificate should Not older than one year from the date of bid submission and should have the validity sufficiently beyond the date of tender

RequiredEMD for an amount Rs. 88,000/- (Rupees Eighty eight Thousands only) (drawn on/or after the date of tender notice). EMD shall be mandatorily paid in the shape of BG (Valid for 6 Months) / on line payment made in e-procurement platform, in favour of Executive Officer, TTD, Tirupati. (Any other mode of payment will be summarily rejected).
