Taking down all existing roof treatment incl wire brushing and washing down with water cleaning loose dust etc from surfaces of RCC roof incl flashing and juntion of parapet complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete in any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided and removal of debris out side MD Land.

M&L Average 25mm thk Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (Using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course/padding with slope 1:40 all as directed

M&L 10 mm thick plastere in CM (1:3) mixed with waterproofing compound on padding layer for roof treatment all as directed and as specified by Engr-in- Charage. (Note :- WPC shall be measureded and paid seperately supply only.)

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound

Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising with the following course of treatment / specification from bottom to top:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) one layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric or weight not less 150 gms per sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm 9 minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Note:- (i) Laying of APP based membrane shall be done by torch on method and as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 150 mm and 100 mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and all overlaps and joints are properly sealed as per manufacturer's instructions. (iii) Applying two coats of Bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane cover including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of cement plaster of any description on brick walls or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finishing the surface even and even smooth without using extra cement..

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in in two layers 5mm thick inCM 1:4,over 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on fair face of brick work/Stone or concrete surface to be finished even and smooth without using extra cemen Including WPC compound 3% by weight of cement.(Note :a) Intergial WPC Compound shall be used in sencond layer,b) Intergial WPC shall be paid seperately on supply only.

M&L for preparation and applying three coats of white wash on new plastered surface of celing all as specified and directed

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall incl sweeping clean with brush to remove loose dust, sand, by hand held / long handle sander etc and applying two coats of heavy duty waterproofing coat (Dr Fixit Wounderproof-1 or equivalent) by mixing water @ 25-30% to make slurry coating and allow 4 to 6 hrs time for drying up of first coat before application of second coat in perpendicular direction of first coat and further left to dry for 4 hrs complete all as specified and directed as per manufacturer instructions.

M&L preparing the newly plastred surfaces on walls including 3 mm putty all as specified and directedy and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper on walls with roller finish complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Preparation of newly plastered surface and and applying applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces by using smart painting tools complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation of old surfaces of wall removing nails including scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc by hand held sander / long handle sander including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or unplastered surfaces) , filling undulation and holes with putty and applying one coat of oil bound distemper with roller finish on walls etc. Complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L preparation of old painted surfaces of wood/ wood based materials of any description over 10Cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L preparation of old painted surfaces of steel/ iron of any description over 10Cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removal of all loose/unsound/bad/damaged concrete or plaster existing RCC structure of slab/beams/walls by using chesel/hammar .Cut and remove unsound reinforcement bars, wires etc without damaging the sound reinforcement . clean loose rust from bars manually with brush supplyng and fixing new supplymentary bars if required,either by tying it with existing bars or by welding on it. Applying eppoxy bonding agent and making good with polymer modified plaster/micro concrete as required thickness over a coat of rust removing alkaline primer and match the finishing to the existing surface in ground floor including formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L filling PCC type D2 1:5:10 (40 mm graded stone aggr) as foundation, filling and mass concrete.

M&L 25 mm thk Cement concrete type B-1 , 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in leveling course below floor finish / padding in roof (including mixing waterprroofing comound where directed )complete all as specified.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.fixed in cement mortar complete all as specified.

M&L Non skid ceramic joint free floor tiles 7-8mm thick (Square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement over and including bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Glazed ceramic tiles, coloured (light colour as approved), of size 450X 350X 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc s set and jointed in cement slurry over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for apply 1st coat of selfpriming coat of fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid (Smartcare dampproof or equivalent) in diluted form 3:1 ratio,after drying of priming coat for about 4-6 hours, undiluted fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid coat shall be applied including fixing suitable joint tape/ made out of advanced elastomeric EPDM rubber junction /cover of parapet and roof and other similar places and allowed to dried.Finally 3rd/final coat of undiluted fibre reinforced elastomeric liquied is applied on roof and parapet surfaces and allowed to dried. Note:-(1) Moiture content and dryness of existing surface for treatment shall be ensured before applying priming coat. (2) Entire quantity of material required to be incorporated shall be brought at site for inspection of Engr-in-Charge before incorporated. (3)Requisite dried period shall be allowed for each as specified (4) Trained applicator as certified by manufacturer shall be authorised for applying treatment as specified. (5) Requisite eight years water proofing warrenty shall be submitted by tenderer and manufactures authorised agent in conjective with contractorperiod shall be allowed for each as specified
