OUTSOURCING OF CONSERVANCY AND HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES AT AIR FORCE STATION UNDER GE (AF) JAMNAGAR NO.2

Notes: - (i) Contractor’s special attention is invited that Estimated cost i.e. Rs.24,23,000.00 given in the NIT is based on prevailing rate of Schedule of Minimum fair wages. If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost of the work, then the lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR/BGB in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of Financial Bid for the difference in estimated cost & quoted amount. (ii) In case the said FDR/BGB is not submitted within stipulated period as mentioned above, the contractor shall be banned for 06 months & his bid will be rejected. FDR/BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work and after submission of proof of payment that all the person deployed under this contract has been paid not less than Schedule of Minimum fair wages as mentioned under Note No.9.0 hereinafter.

Outsourcing for Conservancy and housekeeping services for MES complaint cell located at AF Stn No-I to maintain reports/returns ,data entry for compilation of various data and generation of reports/return ,photocopying,updating of files, Printing and other IT related work by engaging 03 (three) Data entry operator in each shift of 8 hrs (0900 to 1700 hrs) for all working days excluding Sunday/Holiday at the respective section under the direction of section incharge or the administrative officer of GE(AF) No.2 complete all as specified and as directed.

Outsourcing for Conservancy and housekeeping services for MES complex ,AGE E/M-I located at AF Stn No-I to maintain reports/returns ,data entry for compilation of various data and generation of reports/return ,photocopying, Updating of files,Printing and other IT related work by engaging 01 (one) Data entry operator in each shift of 8 hrs (0900 to 1700 hrs) for all working days excluding Sunday/Holiday under the direction of section incharge complete all as specified and as directed.

Outsourcing for Conservancy and housekeeping services for MES complex, AGE E/M-I located at AF Stn No-I to maintain proper cleanliness and hygiene in office complex , store,complaint cell and pump house area by engaging 01 Safaiwala in a shift (Shift of 08 Hrs) for duration 0900-1700hrs in all working days excluding Sunday/Holiday complete all as specified and as directed.

Outsourcing for Conservancy and housekeeping services for MES complex, AGE B/R-I located at AF Stn No-I to maintain proper cleanliness and hygiene in office complex, store and complaint cell by engaging 01 (one) Safaiwala in a shift of 08 Hrs (0900 to 1700hrs) in all working days excluding Sunday/Holiday complete all as specified and as directed.

Outsourcing for Conservancy and housekeeping services for MES complex, GE (AF) No.2 located at AF Stn No-II to maintain proper cleanliness and hygiene in office complex, store and complaint cell by engaging 01 (one) Safaiwala in a shift of 08 Hrs (0900 to 1700 hrs) in all working days excluding Sunday/Holiday complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for item no.4 to 6:(i) The unit rate quoted shall be inclusive of consumable material (Mops, toilet cleaner, brooms and other cleaning chemical)and T&P required for mopping, cleaning and maintenance of hygine in respective area.(ii) Safety gloves , clothing and shoes shall be provided by contractor (iii)The safaiwala shall be literate with minimum 8th class qualification and shall be able to understand instructions in Hindi and local language.

Outsourcing for Conservancy and housekeeping services for MES complex, GE(AF) No.2 located at AF Stn No-II for general duties, placement and shifting of store, shifting of furniture, dusting and cleaning of office furniture and other duties required for office by engaging 01 Mazdoor in a shift 08 Hrs (0900 to 1700hrs) in all working days excluding Sunday/Holiday complete all as specified and as directed.

Outsourcing for Conservancy and housekeeping services for MES office complex, AGE B/R Khambhaliya at AF Stn No-II for general duties, placement and shifting of store, shifting of furniture, dusting and cleaning of office furniture and other duties required for office by engaging 01 Mazdoor in a shift 08 Hrs (0900 to 1700hrs) in all working days excluding Sunday/Holiday complete all as specified and as directed.

Outsourcing for Conservancy and housekeeping services for MES office complex, AGE E/M-I at AF Stn No-I for general duties, placement and shifting of store, shifting of furniture, dusting and cleaning of office furniture and other duties required for office by engaging 01 Mazdoor in a shift 08 Hrs (0900 to 1700hrs) in all working days excluding Sunday/Holiday complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes for Item no.7 to 9: (i) All T & P required to perform general duties shall be provided by contractor and deemed to be include in the cost of item. (ii)Work shall be carried out within the AOR of GE(AF) No.2 Jamnagar. (iii)The Mazdoor shall be literate with minimum 8th class pass and shall be able to understand instructions in Hindi and local language.

General Instructions/Notes for Item No 1.0 to 9.0 (i) In case absence of any operator/ workmen from any shift will be penalized with a penalty of double the rate quoted by the contractor in addition to the shift not taken in to consideration for payment. (ii) Operator/workmen wanting leave will get it sanctioned before proceeding on leave along with the name of individual who will be performing his duty/shift in his absence. No replacement of operator/workmen without the knowledge of department will be allowed. (iii) The contractor shall not pay wages lower than minimum wages for labour as fixed by Govt of India / State Govt. / Union Territory (Whichever is higher) under Minimum Wages Act or Contract Labour (Abolition and Regulation Act). . (iv) Muster roll, duty roster and other requisite registers will be maintained by contractor and get it signed by concerned JE on daily basis and same shall be submitted monthly to accepting officer for inspection. (v) Qualification, duty and shift timing of man power employed will be as per particular specifications to the tender documents. (vi) Contractor special attention is invited that payment of operator / labour shall be made only through Account payee cheque and same shall be deposited in Adhar link account of operator / labour. Documentary evidence for the same shall be submitted to Engineer -in-Charge before payment of RAR / Final bill.
