Cutting chases, pinning in Brick Walls, making good to facings where required and pointing in Cement Mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, Cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring etc and making good, cutting not exceeding 10 cm girth complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs 3/8" dia Hard drawn Refrigerant Grade Seamless Heavy Gauge Copper Piping with 0.6mm / 24 SWG wall thickness suitable for Split type Air conditioners and connecting between Indoor and Outdoor unit including fixtures and duly insulated with 10mm thick Nitrile Rubber Insulation complete all as specified and directed. Note : Length of Pipe shall be measured beyond 5.0m length from AC unit.

S & F in repairs 5/8" dia Hard drawn Refrigerant Grade Seamless Heavy Gauge Copper Piping with 0.6mm / 24 SWG wall thickness suitable for Split type Air conditioners and connecting between Indoor and Outdoor unit including fixtures and duly insulated with 10mm thick Nitrile Rubber Insulation complete all as specified and directed.
