Taking down carefully existing aluminum/copper surface/concealed point wiring (light, fan, socket or power point) complete of any description including fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, regulators, sockets, wooden boards, laminated sheets from sunken boxes, boards, shades light fitting etc and making good the disturbed surfaces in CM 1:3 of walls, floors, ceiling etc including distempering to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Roof/ceiling height of Tab blgg up to 15 mtr. where U/S point wiring/fitting fixture to be taking out.

Point wiring with PVC insulated and unsheathed electric cable 1100 volts grade single core FRLS having multi stranded copper conductor of 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area drawn in and including PVC conduit concealed and 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable FRLS as continuous earth conductor, connected to earth dolly by providing suitable lugs with inner and outer frame plate matching with surrounding with sunken steel boxes zinc oxide plated of suitable size for mounting modular switches, sockets etc complete for the following:- Note:- (i) Point wiring & earth wire shall be connected to each & every sunken box. (ii) All screws, fasteners, bolts, nuts & washer shall be cadmium plated & the cost of which is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates. Disconnecting and taking out the existing Air conditioner Split type of any description any capacity, any make and in any position, both indoor and outdoor unit single/three phase, strip opening , cleaning and servicing of the AC with using caustic soda/detergent solution, cleaning of suction air filter and coil of indoor unit and brazing the discharge and suction line, reassembling, fixing and testing of the AC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The servicing of one split AC (one indoor unit + one outdoor unit) will be measured as one job. (ii) The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ and fixing charges for new/ repaired items are deemed to be included under this item (ii) Any minor complaints such as lekage of water, abnormal noise and any electric loose connection etc raised by user after carrying out servicing shall be rectified by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt.(iii) The rate quoted for servicing shall be inclusive of attending complaints and keeping the AC in working condition during the entire contract period and further for defects liability period.

Checking of leakage of refrigerant system of split type AC of capacity 1.5 /2.0/3.0 ton by putting the nitrogen pressure , identifying the leaks / defects ,repairing the same by brazing and testing and vacuumising the system and supply and filling of oil in required quantity complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Charging of gas, if required, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'. However, vacuum and pressure leakage testing with nitrogen (N2), if required, is deemed to be included under the unit rate quoted by the contractor for this item

Note :- Contractor shall submit Purchase voucher of firm/ dealer & test certificate of manufacturer before payment.

Dismantling and taking out the non-functional Water coolers of any description, any make and in any position of capacity 40 ltr to 150 ltr, including disconnection of water line connections, cleaning and servicing of the water cooler , checking all serviceable parts, necessary brazing, reassembling all parts of water cooler, restoring water supply connections and testing of the water coolers complete as all specified and directed by Engineer–in–charge. Note :-(i) The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ and fixing charges for new/ repaired items are deemed to be included under this item.(ii) Any minor complaints such as lekage of water, abnormal noise and any electric loose connection etc raised by user after carrying out servicing shall be rectified by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt.(iii) The rate quoted for servicing shall be inclusive of attending complaints and keeping the water cooler in working condition during the entire contract period and further for defects liability period.
