M & L cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft and loose soil soil.

M & L for P.C.C type M-15 (1:2:4 ) using 20 mm graded aggregate in foundation.

Supply of vitreous China squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) & fixing complete including provision of lime concrete bedding.

S & F of vitreous China, semi-pedestal pattern (Anglo-Indian Type), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) water closet Squatt pattern complete including provision of lime concrete bedding .

S & F of 15 mm GI Tubes, Medium grade, galvanised, with all fitting laid in trenches

M & L for screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes.

S & F of glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match.

S & F of 75mm cast iron floor trap, with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4)

M & L for brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4.

M & L for salt-glazed stoneware gully traps 150x100 mm, square or round mouthed, type 'P' and jointed with existing pipe.

Providing precast cement concrete in but type B1 1:2:4 with 20 mm aggregate in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces.(set in cement mortar 1:4)

Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

Preparation of surfaces plastered or unplastered old surfaces on walls and applying two coats of white washing as per the direction of Engineering-in-charge.
