Supply , Installation , Insurance, testing and Commissioning with transportation at site of Polygonal shape 12 mtr High mast pole with its accessories. Mast shaft shall be in two equal sections, made from H.T. Steel of grade BSEN10025, hot dip galvanised and suitable for wind speed as per IS 875. The mast should have the provision for lowering and raising the lantern carriage by using winch system having 2/3 way wire ropes. Luminaries wiring matrials are included in the mast supply price. Technical Specification:- Bottom dia 360 mm, top dia 150 mm , bottom section thickness 4 mm and top section thickness 3 mm, Bottom section length 6500 mm, Top section length 6500 mm , Overlap between sections 500 mm, Baseplate 540 mm dia, baseplate thickness atleast 25 mm with hole dia of 26 mm. Foundation bolt size 24 mm dia, Bolt length 850 mm (J type). Wire rope 6mm SS 304 grade. An adequate door opening of min. 1400x300 mm shall be provided at the base of each mast to permit clear acess to equipments like winches, cable plug ,socket etc. The design life of the mast shall be min. 25 years. The offered High mast shall be a tested design. The min. average thickness og galvanization should be not less than 65 microns.

Construction of suitable shallow foundation with 1:1.5:3 or M20 grade concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity. The contractor shall be responsible for the design of the foundation. The load bearing capacity of the soil shall be assertained by the contractor before designing the foundation.Drawings need to be approved prior to execution of works.

Providing and fixing of double door MS feeder piller box near the high mast tower having: i) 63 A DP MCB- 01 No ii) 6 A SP MCB- 06 Nos iii) Astronomical switch with contactor- 01 No iv) 200 A Cu bus bar- 01 No The panel shall be 16 SWG IP 54 suitable for outdoor application complete with suitable stand which shall be fixed with cement concrete. 3 kVA, 1 phase dry type AVR shall be incorporated in the pannel. Switch gear make (Legrand/L&T/C&S/Havelle).

Supplying and erection of Earthing of Octagonal Pole Complete by GI Pipe 40 mm or GI Rod 20mm 3 mtr long through GI Strip (25x3)mm including G.I Nuts and Bolts.

Providing & fixing of suitable Avaition obstruction lights of reliable design and reputed manufacturer on the top of each mast.

Supplying and drawing 4 core 16 sq mm pvc insulated and scheathed alluminium conductor armoured cable through under ground ( Polycab/Legrand/Havells or equivalent make)

Providing & Laying of 16 mm Sq 2 Core ,XPLE insulated aluminium armored cable overhead/U gas per iS Specification.Make Havells/KEI/Polycab.

Providing & fixing of 40/50 mm HDPE Pipe

Providing & Laying of 2.5 Sq mm ,1- Core,FRLS multistrand wire,Havells /Polycab/HPLor equalent.
