Supplying and painting two coats of Puny of 3mm thick Wall Putty over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the machine surface shall be throughly cleaned out of dust and scubbing

Supplying and fixing P.V.C rainwater down fall pipe of 110mm dia with necessary shoes, bends, & clamps etc

Providing weathering course with best quality of brick Jelly 20mm gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over roof slab, the proportion of brick jelly to lime being '32 to 12.5 well beated with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thickness

Finishing top roof mix one course machine pressed tiles of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 2 cm approved qty with, CM.1:3 12 mm thick mixed with WPC at 2% by weight of cement used and top pointed with the same mortar etc

Supplying and fixing of cudappah slab 38/40mm inciding cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc complete.

Providing Granolothic Floor finishing to 25 mmm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polisfied Kota stone slabs of size 600 x 600 of 18/20mm with machine cut edges and matching marble slab not less than 100mm width other than Adanga Marbles as border laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) fixing the 17 slabs in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments and polishing with floor polisher to a high degree of finish etc., The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification
