Providing CONSULTANCY SERVICES for design and development of drawings for various buildings and external development works all complete including Generation of 2D Architectural , Structural, MEPF and Landscaping Drawings and generation of Detailed BOQ in CPWD DSR format through Building Information Models using required software as approved by Engineer-in-charge with Minimum LOD 350., for better project management, Integration and Coordination of all building elements including structural elements, all the connected Civil layout Details as listed at Item No.1.1 ,Structural Details as listed at item No. 1.2 , MEPF and other services as listed at Item No: 1.3 such as plumbing, sanitary, Electrical installations, Fire Fighting and Fire alarm, HVAC etc. as per the detailed scope of work and specifications mentioned in the Bid document and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The Agency shall follow all the latest norms and regulations specified in various Govt. Publications viz. All relevant codes of practice of Bureau of Indian Standards, Structural & Non structural elements for Fire safety, CPWD specifications etc. as applicable and based on requirements for Developing Drawings for various buildings and infrasrtructure.
Architectural designs and development of detailed architectural drawings consisting of the following: a)Submission drawings to all Local bodies including fire authorities and obtaining all the required statutory approvals from respective authorities, as applicable b) Development of detailed Architectural drawings, c) Working Drawings, all floor Plans, all Elevations, Sections through both the directions (X & Y), Door & Window Drawings including window grill drawings, detailed toilet drawings, Staircase drawings with railing details, Reflective ceiling plans / false ceiling plans, structural glazing, cladding details,Flooring pattern drawings, internal wood work drawings,if any, Audio Visal system and acoustics for lecture hall and conference room, furniture layout, expansion joints, plinth protection etc. d) detailed 3D Views indicating elevational details from all sides of buildings including colour schemes, walkthrough videos, e) Landscape & horticulture drawings, f) Marking plans, g) Detailed site Layout Plan indicating the entire infrastructure development including all Site Development drawings, including design of connecting Roads, paths, pavements, Signages, storm water drain and services duct layouts,External Sewer lines, External water Distribution lines, Rain water collection and disposal lay out, septic tanks h) Fencings, railings, Barricadings, all complete as per scope of the work, requirements, specifications of each building and items specified elsewhere in the tender document and respective BoQ, and supply of 6 sets of Good for Construction drawings. Note: 1) The basic conceptual architectural drawings will be issued by the department and there shall not be any departure from the schemes supplied by the department without writtten approval from the Engineer-in-Charge. 2) Bored Cast In Situ Pile Foundation shall be designed for all buidings. 3) Provision shall be given for one additional floor during design.

The complete equipment includes 11KV/0.433 KV, 9450 KVA Sub-Station equipment comprising of 10 way H.T. Panel-1 Set, 3 X 3150 KVA dry type indoor Transformers with acceptable losses level as specified in detailed specification, all LT Panels, 500 KVAR Automatic power factor correction panels for each transformer, SPD (Surge protection system), bus duct on secondary side of transformer , including earthing, safety equipment (safety mats, danger notice plates, fire extinguishers etc), foundations, cable trays for supporting cables, control cabling , battery cabling, local cabling from substation Panel to the distribution boards etc. complete and as per the SLD , Detailed BARC Specification, applicable guidelines, relevant IS /IEC & directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The work comprises of getting necessary statutory approvals from the CEA/Local bodies as required. The detailed specifications of all the equipments (viz HT Panel, Transformers. LT Panels etc) are mentioned in the tender document all complete as per GFC approved services drawings, specifications etc. specified in the bid document and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning shall be carried out as per relevant Indian Standards/IEC, testing at manufacturer's premises as per approved Quality assurance plan.

HT Cable GFC detailed architectural drawings, structural drawings and services (Civil/E&M services) drawings to be submitted by the contractor under item No:1 and as approved by Engineer in Charge for Design, Engineering, Fabrication, Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of HT Cable for power distribution from main substation of the campus to Substation building and Science Lab substation. Sizes of HT Cables shall be 3C x 400 sq.mm Aluminium XLPE. HT Cable shall be laid underground at 1 metre depth and RCC Slab protection to be provided in HT Cable. General Notes for flyash bricks: In the fly ash bricks the mix confirming to the strength mentioned in the respective items shall be got approved by the department. The mix shall consist of ordinary portland cement content of not less than 20%(preferably) of the mixture consisting of Fly ash, OPC and Gypsum or any variation in proportion of design mix shall be submitted to BARC for approval. The Anhydraous Gypsum, Fly Ash, Cement, Crusher dust and other materials shall confirm to the relevant IS codes. The Anhydrous Gypsum shall be procured from a reputed source approved by the department. Roller mixer shall be used for good homogeneous mixing. a) Reinforcement will be measured & paid for separately under relevant item. b) RCC band and formwork shall not be measured seperatly, however no deductions will be made in brickwork for the same. c) No holes in brickwall will be allowed for scaffolding. Designing, providing and laying of Storm water drainage system as per design and drawings to be submitted by the contractor under item No:1, with RCC hume pipes of class NP2 of required length and a minimum diameter of 250 mm or as per design and encasing the entire pipe line with PCC of min 100 mm around the pipes, including, trenching, refilling & testing of joints all complete, including construction of required number of Inspection chambers/manholes/gullies chambers with all other accessories and Manhole covers of FRP/CI, of approved specifications and make considering all the site conditions and reduced levels as per design parameters. RCC Box culverts are to be constructed over junction and road crossings to protect the pipelines (cost of items required RCC box culverts at road crossings, will be paid for separately under relevant items of BOQ). The entire pipe layout shall be constructed and developed as per, technical specification and scope of work mentioned in the tender document and as per the Direction of Engineer-in-charge. Rate is inclusive of cost of required number of Inspection chambers as per specifications, heavy duty chambers/manhole covers to carry the wheel loads etc., and nothing extra shall be paid. (Cost of design of hume pipe line grid, will be paid separately under item No:1)The length of sewer pipes laid will be measured for payment.
Design, Engineering and construction of RCC septic tank along with soak pit as per GFC detailed architectural drawings, structural drawings and services (Civil/E&M services) drawings to be submitted by the contractor under item No:1 of BoQ1 of required size consisting of following operations:Earth work to required depth, M10 grade lean cement concrete in base, M30 grade RCC work in tank base, walls , top slab, baffle wall , 02 nos of soak pits for each septic tank including filling soak pit with appropriate material, connection to nearest manholes with uPVC Sn4 or 8 grade pipe of required daimeter,two numbers of opening in slab covered with FRP/CI cover and a Vent pipe with cowell of CI pipe of 150mm pipe upto 2m height fixed with suitable arrangement over the tank, Reinforcement as per drawing, form work with all necessary fittings as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge as per approved drawings complete for operation.

Applying stamping finish to the top surface of freshly laid plain/reinforced cement concrete of specified grade in porticos, sidewalks, driveways, pool decks and open yards as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The process shall include the following:- a) The concrete shall be placed and screeded to the finished grade, and floated to a uniform surface by using standard finishing techniques. The approved color hardener @ 2.7 kg/sqm shall be applied evenly to the surface of the fresh concrete by the dry shake method by sprinkling in two or more shakes, floated after each shake and trowelled only after the final floating. The approved release agent @ 0.113 kg/sqm shall be applied evenly to the trowelled surface before stamping or the said release agent can be applied to the flexible polyurethane stamp moulds of approved design and in required sizes to achieve final stamped pattern. These stampings shall be placed on the surface of concrete in three to four pieces at a time and tapped gently with rammers of sufficient size & weight to leave proper stamp marks and the process repeated for the remaining concrete surface till the whole surface to b
e stamped is completed within the time while concrete is in plastic stage of setting. b) After stamping, the curing shall be done as per manufactures specifications. After initial curing the imprinted joints shall be grouted using cement slurry mixed with color hardener as per the requirement. The surface shall be sealed by applying acrylic based sealer not less than 0.167 litre/sqm.on finished surface. c) The construction joints shall be provided by groove cutting of size 4 mm x 20 mm in panel size 3m x 3 m or lesser as per the site conditions and filling the same with 6 mm baker rod and providing and laying (PU) Polyuret hane based joint sealer of approved make as per manufacturer’s specifications and finished by applying Polyurethane resin based top protective clear coat of minimum 80 micron applied with rollers on properly cured and dry clean surface. (Cost of concrete for flooring is not included in this item which shall be paid separately under relavant item.)
Mechanical utility services for Engineering Hall (outside& up to the building as External services): Complete Design, Detail Engineering, procurement of equipment, site installation, testing and commissioning of the following utility services for Engineering Hall. For this work, Technical specifications, QAP are provided by Department.
HVAC services: SIT&C of following Dia., Under ground Insulated Chilled water piping along with insulation. Pipe material is carbon steel and shall conform to IS 3589.

Fire utility services: SIT&C of following size fire water pipeline. Piping work needs to be done by taking tapping from the nearest main fire pipeline in C-road and laying of over ground pipeline upto engineering hall building. Pipes should be confirming to ASTM 53A grade, carbon steel seamless. complete with all necessary fittings (PN 1.6)such as tees, bends, elbows, reducers, unions, flanges, sockets collers, gaskets etc. This also includes welding, cutting, edge preparations etc. Liquid penetration test shall be carried out for 100% of root, finished welded joints. 10% of joints shall be RT tested. Suitable corrosion proptection painting (two coats of redoxide, two coats of enamel) for over ground pipes, pypcoat wrapping for under ground pipeline (at road crossings) needs to be considered.

SIT&C of outside open screw & yoke type Gate valves of Nominal Dia 200mm, should confirm to ANSI B 16.34/ IS:14846. Gate valves are of cast steel contruction with bronze internals. Pressure rating PN 1.6 or class 150. Valve shall be flanged end and couter flange of same rating is also included in the scope.
