M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on roof including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, mouls, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for water proofing treatment by applying one coat of oil base bituminous primer @ 0.3 Kg / Sqm with brush / roller, laying of 3 mm thick prefabricated plastomeric water proofing membrane (Polyster rainforced) with spun bonded polyster mat as a core, (APP membrane) weight not less than 3.00 Kg / Sqm and sealing all the over laps 100 mm in length side and 100 mm in width side of membranes laid with torch application, The over laping and joints will be thermosealed with the propane torch complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC in roof padding, filling and mass concrete type B2, 1:2;4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for screed bed 10 mm thick on concrete surface in CM 1:4, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, including mixing only liquid water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and directed Note:- WPC will be measured & paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing chemical. Make : Fosroc, Dr Fixit or equivalent

M&L for repairing the edge/corner of Chajja/roof projection and similar work by removing plaster width/girth exc 200mm but not exc 300mm and making good with 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 to match with existing surface complete all as specified

Taking down top assembly complete (except curtain & side bracket) of rolling shutter area not exceeding 10 sqm each, push pull or manual type and re-fixing the same in same position after necessary repairs such as cleaning, oiling, greasing, cleaning of the side guided channels, replacement of rusted nuts and bolts, including replacement of rusted profiles and welding/grinding as require for proper and smooth function.

Note : (a) Unserviceable spare parts such as suspension shaft, spring, ball bearing etc. if found unserviceable will be replace with new one and the same will be measurable & paid separately as supply only under respective items of this Sch. (b) Gear box assembly if found unserviceable will be replace with new one and the same will be measurable & paid separately as supply & fix in repair under respective items of this sch.

All as per Item No.07 above including notes but area exc 10 sqm but not exc 20 sqm each

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self drilling screws as specified
