REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF ROOF TREATMENT, CLEANING OF PLANT VEGETATION, REPAIR TO RCC CHAJJAS AND CONNECTED REPAIR WORKS IN CERTAIN BUILDINGS AT DGNP OFFICE COMPLEX, EQUIPMENT OFFICE COMPLEX, DG HOUSE AND OFFICES AT DOCK YARD UNDER DGNP(V).

M&L for spraying antiweed / Non toxic solution / chemicals containing Glyphosate as per manufacturer's instructions and removing the weed including the roots after ensuring complete de-germification of plant / weed and cutting down the plant / trees off from roof / top sides of external walls of building , in chajjas , wall junctions , junctions of GI/ CI/AC/PVC pipes and taking out roots entered in walls / slabs , including making good the surface using PCC (1:2:4) type B1 or cement mortar (1:2) or brick work in CM (1:4) plastered with CM (1:4) to match with existing surface and repairing the pipes and joints which was affected by cutting down / taking out process all as specified and as directed for plants / trees located in the building upto five story high , complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Contractor has execute the work of de-generated plant/ weeds as per the prior approval and directions of Engr-in- Charge. (ii) Rate for necessary scaffolding shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Dismantling of existing water proofing treatment any type and thickness from top surface of roof slab including backing layer of mortar and removing the materials from the site etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in roof pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete coloured tiles for terrace up to 5th floor of size 30cmx30cmx25 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with using grey cement and pigments and backing layer 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in padding concrete on roof top complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces for laying floor finishes/roof treatment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning the plastered/concrete surfaces with wire brushes and applying water proofing treatment as under :- (a) One coat of bituminous primer at the rate of 0.3ltr /Sqm of roof . (b) Hot applied bitumen 85/25 grade at the rate of 102kg (minimum) per sqm of roof. (c) 3mm thick APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150gms/sqm). (d) Hot applied bitumen 85/25 grade at the rate of 1.2kg (minimum) per sqm roof. (e) Final finish with bituminous aluminium paint at the rate of 0.15Ltr per sqm of surface. Complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete in roof, floors and roof (other than ground floor) , beams, staircase, chajjas, landing and similar suspended work not exceeding 15 cm thickness and cutting of reinforced steel bar and segregation from the concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 8mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for in stirrups, spaces and binders and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete nominal mix 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in chajjas and the like, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to rough finished surfaces of flat concrete to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 500 liter capacity triple layer rotational moulded polyethene water storage tanks (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including tank nipple complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 1000 liter capacity triple layer rotational moulded polyethene water storage tanks (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including tank nipple complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying on floor and wall of 25 mm outer dia mm CPVC pipes SDR 11 &Plain CPVC SDR 11 including fittings, clams, gum complete all as specified and directed.
