M& L Solid (125mm X 65 mm Double rebate) factory made 100% solid WPC brown door frame made from 100% LEAD FREE (single extruded process) material with density 780 Kg / Cum & manufactured by an ISO:9001-2005 certified company, all as per specification drawings as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. The door frame should be water proof, termite proof, fire retardant and having excellent screw holding capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid both side prelaminated decorative type flush door shutter of size 35mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge.

S&F 35 mm thick factory made wire mesh solid WPC Prelaminated both side door shutter consisting of Density 650 kg/cum manufactured by an ISO 9001-2015 certified company . Door to be panelled with SS mosquito Mesh and XTN aluminium mesh for additional strength and safety purpose (confirming as per S:4020). The door should be water proof, termite proof, fire retardant and having screw holding capacity. Door to be fixed to frame with 3 Nos MS powder coated butt hinges size 100x 25x2mm and 32 mm long steel screw drilled suitable to pass through both the walls of the MS tube. Other hardware should be fixed with 19x 6 mm size steel screws etc complete all as per directions of Engr-in-Charge, manufacturer's specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F stainless steel wire cloth, 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanized wire staples complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F windows made of pre-painted steel (Base steel as per IS 513 of 0.58mm thick “D” Quality galvanized as per IS 277 with zinc of 120 GSM) and Primer coated with epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with 5-7 microns thick alkyd backer. Section for outer frame should be of 72x55mm, centre mullion should be of 72x50mm, section for fixed glass beading should be of 12x12mm and section for shutter should be of 52x 25mm. Outer frame & mullion sections to have rebate for glazed shutters. Fly mesh with 20 mm GI flat beading for provision of guard bars/ grills. Fly mesh shutter section should be of 20x40mm. The sections are to be cut to length mitre joined with corner bracket. Removal of existing roof treatment i.e APP membrane, brick tiling incl mud mortar and open up RCC roof slab including picking, sweeping cleaning with wire brush and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt to get surface free of laitance, scales, oil or any other loose material complete all as specified and directed.

M & L of water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer’s instructions with following course of description below :- (a) Applying a priming coat of bituminious primer @ 0.30 Kg /Sqm, till the surface is properly impregnated. (b) Providing APP based 5 layer polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 .6Kg/ Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) centre core, laid on primed surface by forced applications as per the manufacturer's instructions with side over lap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm. All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer (torching overlap by propane or butane gas torch ) and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer. (c) Apply two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg / Sqm each coat over APP membrance Note : 1. The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through authorised applicator of the manufacturer only and 10 year company back warranty to be submitted by contractor 2. The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof slab for double storeyed. The contractor shall make arrangement of scaffolding, safety and security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.)

M & L 50 mm +/- 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) mixed withliquid water proofing compound (as per manufacture direction and paid separately) over and incl one coat of cement slurry admixed with acrylic bonding compound SBR Latex liquid polymer as to be used for bonding of new concrete / mortar to old surface as per manufacturer direction and finishing the surface even and fair (without using extra cement) as in roof padding to receive roof treatment complete all as specified and directed.”complete all as specified and directed. Note :- the cost of excavation and earth work PCC pit and CI cover funnel & watering pipe, wiremesh, charcoal dust and common salt shall be deemed included in the unit rate for earthing all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Taking down old unserviceable existing service/UG cable all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Material and labour for XLPE insulated,LT armoured electric cable with aluminium standed conductor 1100 volts grade,cross-sectional area 35 sqmm ,3.5 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/wall/boarings with necessary cable lugs and glands,nuts,bolts and washers etc and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth for laying of cables, pipe lines, protection pipes and foundations etc and getting out in soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soil including spreading leveling watering and well rammimg in layer n exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated soil not exc 50 mtr ant depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed

M & L for brick sub class 'B' 250mm x 115mm x 0.75mm and laid in trenches as in protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling in and speading unwashed river sand for cushioning and covering the under ground cables in trenches and punning to provide required cover complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed.

M & L for 50mm bore GI pipe (Light grade) laid under road or fixed with pole/wall of culvert as in protection of UG cable incl necessary MS clamp and complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fabricated and and fixing of street light bracket made out of GI pipe 1.0 Mtr long, 32 mm dia medium grade bent to shape as directed including clamps made out of 40 mm x 6 mm flat for fixing bracket suitable for steel tubular poles including nuts and bolts, washers and other connected items of required size including painting with one coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide/primer all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old serviceable exhaust fan of any size and type from existing position and dismantling blades carefully after unscrewing nuts and bolts of exhaust fan any sizeand refixing the same at original position all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Taking down old serviceable wall mounted panel indoor type complete with all accessories like KWH meter and protection devices for repair and maintenance of civil work and refixing the same with connecting all incoming and outgoing electrical connections all as specified and directed.

M & L for LED Bldg Security light Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete.

M & L for disconnecting electric supply, taking down fan, cealing cable ends, dismantling blades carefully after unscrewing nuts and bolts of ceiling fan any size from existing position and re-fixing the same after oiling and greasing etc all as specified and as directed by EIC.
