Supply, Installation, Testing & Commisioning of Seamless Copper Tubing for Medical Gas Pipeline System (MGPS). Scope of work includes Extension of Oxygen line and Vaccum line to the Dialysis room. The medical-grade copper tubing shall be seamless, hard-tempered, and solid drawn for MGPS applications. The job includes cutting, silver brazing, polishing, and fitting of copper accessories such as nipples, sockets, elbows, reducers, and tees. The tubing shall be tapped/connected to the nearest Oxygen and vaccum Line using suitable reducers/tees etc. and securely mounted on walls/ceiling using saddles/pipe hangers and clamps as per direction of Engineer in charge. Supply, Installation, Testing & Commisioning of Oxygen PB type Gas outlets properly cleaned for medical gas service. Each outlet will have less than 3 psi (21KPa) pressure drop through the outlet @ 120 l/min. and 50 psig (345KPa) inlet pressure. The wall outlets will have a gas specific back body with steel mounting plate. Each back body will be equipped with a 6½” (165mm) length type “K” copper pipe stub which is brazed to the outlet body.

Providing, fitting and testing of new PB type oxygen flow meter with humidifier bottles and interconnecting probe connected to the self-sealing valves of oxygen outlet. BPC oxygen flow meter shall be offering the latest technical improvements for a precise measuring of the flow, with +/-5% accuracy. The body of the flow meter shall be chrome plated Brass, graduated flow tubes and cover made of polycarbonate. The flow meters shall have adjustable flow by needle valve with micro metrical regulation. The flow meter shall be able to compensate back pressure and shall have a standard flow of 0-15 LPM. The inlet filter of flow meter shall be made of stainless steel wire net and is be connected to the outlet of self-sealing valve with humidifier bottles. This includes providing and fitting of necessary copper fittings complete in all respects.
